Just The Way You Are

Chapter 5

Justin's POV:

I welcomed her in along with her mother. They were both dressed in dresses, the girl was wearing a white strapless dress and the mom was wearing a purple dress.

"Well hello!" Aunt Ellie greeted them warmly, somehow she got all of the cleaning that she was doing and got all dressed up.

Then we all introduced ourselves, of course Aunt Ellie already knew the mom, and I found out that the girl's name was Ariana.

"Hi, I'm Justin Bieber." I flashed her another smile, usually that would get girls really excited, but all she said was, "Nice to meet you, I'm Ariana Grande." And then gave a fake smile again.

Once, we were all done introducing each other we went to eat dinner. Somehow I couldn't take my eyes off of her. The way she seemed normal meeting me, other girls usually pass out or scream, but she just seemed... normal about it.

And everytime she would look at me, I would look down at my food so she wouldn't catch me staring. Apparently my aunt caught me staring and she smiled, I just rolled my eyes.

Most of the time Aunt Ellie and Ms. Grande were talking, I would pitch in a couple times, but didn't say much. At the end Ms. Grande said, "Alright, I think our stomach are filled with Ellie's delicious food." she nodded towards Aunt Ellie, and she blushed. "So I think it's time for us to be on our way."

Ariana and her mom stood up and walked towards the door and my aunt followed them, I decide I should come to or else Aunt Ellie's gonna chew me out.

"Well, goodbye Francine. Hope you can come by again." my aunt and her hugged. "And goodbye to Ariana, you looked beautiful this evening."

I looked at Ariana and said, "Well, I guess I'll see you around or so." I gave the smile one more try, but she still didn't do anything. "Yea, I guess I will."

She and her mother left in the same limousine, I watched the as they got into the car and drove away.

"That was one heck of a dinner." my aunt huffed as she cleaned up the table.

"Yea yea yea, whatever I'm going to sleep." I walked upstairs to my room, got changed and jumped into bed. I laid awake for a few minutes wondering why Ariana didn't say or do anything that much, I was pretty sure she wanted to be here.

I pushed those thoughts aside and fell asleep.
