At 7:25 Monday morning, I was driving towards Kass's house, groaning inwardly. I did not want to deal with school today, after yesterday, I felt so embarrassed. How could I let myself go down that low?
I pulled up to my woman's house, and honked the horn impatiently. I had turned of f my phone Sunday after Sasha had called me, and had acted like a hermit all day, snuggling with Binky. This made me even happier that my dad didn't do Facebook, that would have been a horrible time.
Soon enough, Kass was dashing out of the house, as quick as she could in her heels, and almost throwing herself in the car.
"Why didn't you answer ANY of my calls over the weekend? I talked to you once and then you ignore me? What is this bull!?" She hollered, giving me a nasty look.
"Saturday, I kinda slept the day away... Then Sunday, I got a kitty, Sasha called me and told me about the stuff that was on Facebook, then I turned my phone off for the rest of the day. I can't believe that!" I rambled, putting my hands on my face. I could feel my cheeks heating up already.
"Yeah, my Facebook was blown up last night. I mean, don't they have anything better to do than harass us because we got drunk? I mean, everyone does it." She scoffed.
She was right, too. This made no sense to me. What was so special about two girls getting obnoxiously shit-faced? High school would never make sense to me, at all.
"I know right?" I wasn't sure whether or not to tell her about the possible bun cooking in my oven.
Who knows, she might have put me in an oven. On a subject like that, I wouldn't be able to guess what she would say.
"New topic, did you hear about..." Apparently this didn't affect her as much as she played it out to be. Within seconds, she was onto a completely different subject.
Typical. This is why I loved her!

All too soon we were in school, lovely, wonderful, gossiping school. It wasn't that bad, unless you consider a few nasty looks. Nasty meaning both things, girls looking at us like we were trash, and boys looking at us like a piece of meat.
School is so great. Not.
Finally, I spotted Sasha's blonde curls in the crowd of the courtyard, and dragged Kass with me.
"Sasha-bearrr." I said in a sing-song voice, running up behind her and wrapping my arms around her shoulders in a massive bear hug.
"Whoa, chill out!" She hollered as I let go of her, "How could you two sluts do that, dance on tables without me?" she faked anger, turning around and shaking her pointer finger at us.
"Oh please, chick. Get off it. Where are the boys?" Kass exchanged a hug with Sasha as she said this.
"What about us?" As on cue, there was Jack and Ronnie, they were like brothers, inseparable.
"That's just creepy." I muttered, poking both of the 5'11 bulky beef heads in the chest. "Why didn't you stop me and Kass on Friday? We're like, being talked about all over." I whined, still poking them repeatedly.
"You shouldn't be saying anything, you know? Chance totally saved your asses before too much happened." Ronnie pointed out, swatting my hand away, "Party was pretty successful, I gotta say." He threw one of his arms around me.
"You don't have to tell me my party was ballin', I know." I wrapped my arm around his back, my arm barely reaching to wrap my hand around his side.
"Oh, look who's Miss Attitude now!" Kass giggled, "Oh look, there's Rowan, I'll see you in Trig Dawn." with that, Kass was gone. I couldn't believe she spotted baby-faced Rowan in the sea of people that were all over. Rowan was a... close friend of her's. He and I didn't get along too well, so we usually just kept our distance.
