Graduation was a tough and emotional goodbye for the glee club kids at McKinley, 3 amazing years that changed their lives were over and now everyone had to move on and start a new life following their dreams.

Rachel Berry realized her dream of getting into the prestigious NYADA, a great experience was ahead of her, going to NY and becoming a Broadway star has always been her biggest dream. And she isn't going to live it alone, the love of her life, Finn, is going to be by her side every step of the way never leaving her alone. Rachel and Finn are now more in love and happy than they've ever been, marriage is in their future and they live together in a large and beautiful loft in Soho, this is a gift from Rachel's dads so her baby can now be the happiest girl in the world: she's in NY, she's going to NYADA and she lives in the apartament of her dreams with the love of her life..everything is perfect.

But Rachel is not the only one who realized her dream, Finn got into The Actors Studio and he's so excited to start his college life, he feels this is going to be an amazing experience for him and Rachel and he dreams the day he's going to appear on the big screen in some dramatic role. Rachel is so supporting towards him, they support each other and that's what makes them soulmates.

The Finchel heaven is interrupted when someone asks for their help, it's Kurt and Blaine that are moving to NY but can't find any cheap appartament and need a place to stay. Luckily for them Finn and Rachel welcome the other happy couple in their appartament, having them as a company is definitely funny but it's impossible not to avoid awkward situiations, not to mention the diva moments, that's what happens when you have two drama queens living under the same roof.

Kurt got into NYADA too while Blaine got into Juliard, Kurt is thrilled of the idea of living with Blaine, Rachel and Finn in NY and sharing his days with Rachel at NYADA, too bad he will just spend time with Blaine at home.

Meanwhile Artie got into the New York Film Academy to become a film director and Quinn Fabray has found her kingdom at Yale. She's practically the queen there, she rules the place with her charm and highest grades, she's the perfect student and every girl wants to be friends with her and be her for a day. Even though Quinn's days are extremely busy, she finds time to call Rachel almost every day and they talk for hours and catch up on their daily life, it's so good they stayed friends and got even more closer.

She's also keeping in touch with Puck who's in LA trying to make his way into Hollywood, he wants to become a screenwriter and he's writing thousands of different plots for movies and tv shows hoping some important producer reads it. And Puck is not the only one in LA, Mercedes is there too and she seems to have a big career ahead of her, she's going to make a solo album!

Tina and Mike are together in Chicago where Mike is doing ballet and Tina musical theatre and Sam, well anyone who's heard for Sam know that he's on the road doing a country music tour with some big artist of the area.

Finally there are Santana and Brittany who are at the University of Kentucky in the cheerleading team. Brittany seems to enjoy a lot being a cheerleader at college with new uniforms and much bigger competions and she has her girlfriend with her all the time, it couldn't be more perfect.

Santana loves being with Brittany, she was afraid she could lose her after high school but now that they're in college together, their relationship is going great and nothing seems to threaten it. Brittany did anything to be with Santana at college, she even got her a scholarship so they could attend the same college together and keeping on being cheerleaders, Santana is extremely happy and thankful for that but still can't stop thinking about her undisclosed desires, she still fights everyday in accepting her life now is there in Kentucky and she's a cheerleader, again.

Lots of things are going to change in the lives of the former kids of the New Directions, now that they're not all together anymore they have to face with the college life that is completely different from what they were used at high school. Everyday will be a new struggle they have to get through, the path to fulfilling their dreams is harder than they could ever think, especially when you're starting from the top as an underdog again. But what matters is not losing yourself along the way, always do your best and be surrounded by the love of friends and family. They did it once and they're going to do it again, but this time aiming to a new direction.
