I was in math class waiting for my teacher to give us the next assignment. "Here's a note for you", the person behind me whispered.
"Um thanks", I replied as I took the note. I unopened it slowly making sure that no noise would follow.
The note read: Do You Like Me

I quickly crumbled the note back up again and decided to question him about it later.
He was my best friend's crush and I'm pretty sure he doesn't like me.
A few periods passed and it was finally time for lunch. I spotted Colin by his locker and decided to confront him.
"Can I ask you something", I said, "yeah, what's up", he replied. "Well I got a note from you asking if I liked you", I said.
"That note was meant for May", he said while smiling. "YAY", I said. "Why don't you go tell her that I like her", he said.
"Okay", I said with my last sign of calmness. I ran down the hallway with a gigantic smile on my face.
"May, Colin told me he likes you", "YESYESYES", May screamed. "Be quite", Mrs. Baerbrewer said.
