What went wrong?

Chapter 7

Kylie's POV

When I got home I was so tired I thought I was going to pass out. But I was also excited to see Sawyer I've missed him.

"Sawyer?" I called out. I started to get worried when no answer came, he didn't say he was going out. I ran upstairs to see if he was still doing research on my family but the office was empty, so I ran to my room.

When I got there the room was empty, but there on my bed was a crisp white paper. I walked up to it and noticed my name scribbled across the top. It was Sawyers writing and it was a letter to me.

Kylie,

I have found that your Great Aunt was supernatural I'm not really sure what she was but I know she was an alpha.

I know it would be easier if I said I was going to find her to help you or something Along those lines. But the truth is that we are mates but we aren't true mates I know this because I have met my true mate now.

Her name is Rose she is a very nice person. I did love you Kylie I swear but true love becomes different when you find your true mate. The legends say that if two wolves spend enough time together they can think that they are mates, I think that is what has happened with us but now I know the truth.

I am sorry that I have left you on your own but you will find your mate one day. Goodbye Kylie.

At this point I was crushed with tears streaming down my face. My body began to shake with sobs "WHAT THE HELL!" I can't think straight right now and my head was spinning.

Sawyer is gone and he just left me. Dropped me like I was on fire.

If I don't find my true mate I will be by myself and if the inner me's I guess that's what you call them don't have their mate then we will die. I can't let that happen.

If my Great Aunt was a Alpha than so am I. I will not let her down and I will find my pack.

My mate will join me too. I will find him but if he is not worthy of me than I shall reject him because I will be strong "Hell yeah you will!" my inners said. I blocked them and went up to take a shower feeling better now that I have made up my mind.
