It's been three weeks since the day I broke up with Peyton and I'm currently getting ready for a date I have with Peyton. I think I want to ask him to be my boyfriend. It's been long enough for me to realize that I don't need Luke holding me back when I can be with Peyton. After all, he is my dream guy, he can act, he's funny, he's sweet, and he definitely hit the lotto in the looks department.

I walk downstairs and see Peyton on the couch waiting for me. "Hey Peyton."

"Hey, you look gorgeous as always. What movie do you want to see?"

I take a minute to think of what movie would make him get his feelings all mixed up for me so that I wouldn't have to do all the heavy lifting.

"Got it! Why don't we see Finding Dory?"

He smiles. "I had a feeling you'd choose that one."

We walk out the door and he grabs my jacket off the coat hanger, and we head to the movie theater.

The movie ends and I'm an emotional wreck. All the cute scenes made me cry, all the funny scenes made me laugh, and all the sad scenes also made me cry. Peyton didn't know what was going on the whole time because he's a teenage guy that couldn't care less, and he was looking at me the whole time. Hopefully he'll ask me out because I know if I do I'll be really awkward about it and I'm too lazy to think of something cute.

"That was such a cute movie!"

He shrugs. "I guess so."

"Come on! You didn't think it was cute?"

"It was cute, I just had other, cuter things to look at."

I blush. "Your so sweet."

"Oh no not you, the girl sitting next to us."

I punch his chest and he laughs. "Kidding!"

He drives me home and we walk into the living room to see Peyton and Sarah making out.

"Ew get a room!"

She jumps and groans, then drags Peyton upstairs and into her room. "I better not hear screams!"

Peyton laughs and sits down. "Your not planning to do the same are you?"

I laugh and lay down directly on top of him. We stay like this for a while without talking, and he just rubs my back. I can tell he wants to talk about something important, but I don't think he wants me to be his girlfriend. There are so many girls out there and I guess I'm just afraid to ask because I'm afraid to get rejected. We stay in the same position, just thinking to ourselves, until we both fall into a peaceful sleep.
