Peyton's POV

Seeing Sabrina with Luke made me realize I like her. The only reason Corey broke up with her was because he didn't want to hurt me and he suspected something between us. I decided I should text her

P: Hey Sabrina how was your date?

S: It was pretty good

P: Oh

S: Hey Peyton Luke's busy tonight you wanna catch a movie or something?

P: Sure!

S: Alright I'll be over in like 5 minutes?

P: Sounds great

Wow. She may consider this as a get together but I'm calling it a date

"Hey Sabrina"

"Hey Pey"

"So the movie doesn't start until 9 so maybe we can go to that old diner 'Imagine' ?"

(Just go with it)

"Yeah okay I heard that place is the hot new couple restaurant."

Couple? Did she say couple?

"So are you and Luke like, dating?"

"I don't think so I think we are still figuring things out. If he asks I'll probably say no though."

"Really? Why I thought you liked him?"

"I sorta do but there are other people I like more than him."

The waitress seated us in a private room so no one would bother us

"Sab what do ya want?"

"Um can we spit something?"

"Yeah."

"Hello you guys what would you like to get?"

"Um we are gonna share the chicken fettuccini."

"And for drinks?"

"I'll have a root beer"

"And I'll have pink lemonade"

"Okay I'll be right back with your order."

When we got our food, the plate was so big it was the size of the both of our heads together. Sab was freaking out about the size and I just sat there smiling at her.

"Um Sab?"

"Yeah?"

"You got a little something-no to the left- down-nope up- you know what, I'll get it"

I wiped her cheek and she was blushing like crazy. I just watched her eat some more and try to hide her face

"Why hide your face when your that beautiful?"

"Oh my god Peyton."

I laughed

What happened next was very stereotypical, but it was very important.

Me and Sabrina had the same noodle in our mouths and we were about to kiss when the waitress came in.

"Are you guys done?"

"Yes."

Sabrina handed her the money and when she went to the bathroom I put double the amount of money in her bag

"I don't want your money Meyer this was my treat"

"Too bad"

"Hey when I had dinner with Luke last night I saw you in your window, and after the date seeing how he treated me realize who I would rather be with-"

"Sabrina?!?"

"Luke..."

I didn't say anything

"Come here and give daddy a smooch"

"No please"

Sabrina was struggling to get away and he pushed her against the wall

"Sabrina you are mine not his so kiss me"

"No!"

I ran over and shoved Luke to the side and kissed Sabrina. Before I realized what I was doing she kissed back

Then everything went black
