Chapter 4

(Dark's Pov)

I came towards her for a kiss. She is now my doll to play with. It's been about a night ever since the both of us arrived from the light of day. She finally knew the truth about my identity. I didn't mind about it at all.

The one night, I was alone. Zelda went outside towards the garden of obsidian while I laid in my bed alone. I gazed at myself in the mirror, seeing the wings of my true self displayed so calmly. Where in the hell was that woman? I got up from my bed as I headed for Envy's raven graden. I stopped, seeing the garden not dying from the darkness. I saw Zelda tending one of the raven thorn bushes. "Zelda, I wouldn't get too close to those thorns.," I came closer towards her, placing my hand on her shoulder. She turned while holding the dead vines in her hands,"What seems to be the matter with you? You don't treat your gardens well, don't you?" "Zelda, you do know what you're holding, correct?" She gazed down at the vines,"They're thorns that're blocking the light. Why?" I removed then carefully from her hands, then showed the thorns to her,"They're Bloody Thorns, princess." "So?," she remarked so upbruptly. "They're poisonous.," I smirked while she jolted back. I released the dead vines, catching her into my arms quickly. The glance of shock took over her face. "You can breathe now, Zelda. The poison only exists in the living ones. The dead ones don't possess the poison, so you're fine.," I picked her up bridal style while grabbing a raven bloody rose. She smiled while gazing into my eyes,"Thank you...." I stroked her head gently while smiling," You're welcome, princess."

(Forest Link's Pov.)

I heard my allies playing around in their room, until I heard Sapphire attempting to sacre a few noble ladies. I wondered why, though....I peeked inside, seeing him smirk as he made the women jolt from their seats. "You women better watch your backs or he'll come inside your very room, and take any of you away to his deugeon, tying you up while dangling from a string.," he caught one of the women while pretending to bite her neck while the rest of the women laughed. Who was he falling about in there with all those women? I thought hard, then it came to me. "Hold your tongue, Sapphire! That's quite enough of your rough housing.," I interfered with my aggressive ego.
He smiled while holding one of the women in his arms,"Well, guess who decided to join our little party?" Some of the females started giggling as I came closer towards him. "Let her be, Sapphire. We don't want any of these fine noble women having any nightmares, don't we?," I raised one my eyebrows while smirking. "Oh, c'mon, Forest! You being a party pooper again?," he smiled at me.
I looked down at his left hand holding a vodka bottle, then smiled,"Are drunk again, Sapphire?" He released the female, then clenched his fists,"Excuse me, Forest?" I smiled as I grabbed the bottle from his hand,"Drunk again, Blue. Like always when you're with women. Rest for awhile noble women. We need a private talk for now." They all smiled as I escorted them out of the room, then turned towards Sapphire. He smiled,"What's the big deal with you?" "Sapphire, calm down.," I helped him onto a couch, then left for the other two.

(Vio's Pov)
Crimson and I were about to get prepared for bed, then my ear twitched for a moment. "What's wrong Vio?," Crimson wanted to know what was going on with me. "Stay behind me.," I grabbed my sword's handle while staying calm. I heard footsteps coming towards our room, then I smiled. I saw Forest coming towards us gently. "Stand down?," I straightened myself. "Stand down Vio. The wind blows gently for peace.," he nodded his head while I placed my blade away. "What's going on here?," Red was yawning like a kitten. Forest didn't answer as he placed his hand on my shoulder. I saw something in his eyes that seemed familiar to me, though. "Green, what's up with you tonight? You'd usually be in bed right now, not messing around at this time at night.," I worried for our leader and best friend. He faced me as that look in his eyes came towards mine.

For a moment, I saw a bloody tear come out of Forest's left eye.

Something was wrong.

It was about her.

(Zelda's Pov)
I walked along a path after Dark settled a situation that only he knew about. I didn't mind about the night sky hovering over me, but I did miss the daylight and twilight. All I saw was night that had no end-------No eternal sleep. I sighed as I peeked around in my purse and found a small fairy in a bottle. She was my only light source-----Besides the moon which gave off a different hue than a white glow. I placed her around my belt and walked around, but nothing was in sight as I kept going. 'That's strange.....Does Dark live all alone in the forest?,' I heard noises coming from the outside forest world. I wondered what it was like, though.
I searched around the hallways, then smiled. I headed outside for my escape, then smiled. The moon gave off a crimson like orange hued light as I kept going outside. I passed through the gates, heading off towards the forest.

I wandered around as I saw the sights of the forest. I inhaled a bit, smelling the snow scent of this very forest path that I traveled upon while going deeper. I gazed upon the stars from heaven while one passed by my very eyes. I quickly wished that I was home in my warm bed with Forest beside me. I stopped while opening my eyes. I heard something coming towards me as I heard growling or groaning. Was it a demon?
I saw demonic eyes coming towards me as it came closer towards me. I started to panic while peeking around my satchel for a spell. I heard it coming closer towards me, and I fled deeper into the forest, not even caring that I was tripping myself a few times. I screamed as it came towards me while fear took over me. I crouched down onto my knees, praying to Hylia to take me away from the nightmare!
I heard it coming closer towards me, then it stopped dead in its tracks. I saw an arrow right on its back, then crimson eyes glowing. "Hey!," Dark grabbed me by the arm harshly as blood leaked out my right arm.

Was I on trouble for this?

Dark tossed me onto his bed as I held my arm. "What did I specifically remember telling you?!," his eyes were in furious glow. I started to tear up as he came closer towards me. I peeked to see his eyes-----no longer trapped in rage, but in regret. He shushed me, then examined the injury on my right arm. He started licking my wound-----Was he cannibalistic? He faced me once more, then smiled,"I'm sorry, milady. I didn't mean too be so harsh." For a moment, I thought I was dreaming, but he apologized to me? Why do such a crime then make up for it? We're the both of us in love?
I came close towards Dark's cheek, then kissed it gently to the point that he blushed a light carnation. "Oh! Sorry! Was that a bit too much for you to handle?," I pulled away, but he held my wrist, then kissed me sweetly while moaning in admiration. I came close towards his belt, carefully undoing the latch, feeling his chiseled stomach as he laid back. I smiled after we pulled away for a breath, gazing into each other's eyes. He smiled,"I knew you lusted for me, princess. I told you so. Forest doesn't care for you anymore. He only protects you but he doesn't love you." I held onto him as I gazed at his eyes. He kissed my neck, making me smile.
