Chapter 5~ How Do I Tell You This

Alex's POV:

I sat there numb. I could tell my face was red. I looked over at Justin who sat there speechless and looked just as scared as I did.

"I said whats going on here?" Scooter repeated himself, growing impatient.

"We're dating." Justin says acting like its no big deal. Justin starts to smile and so do I until I look back at Scooter's face. Scooter looks confused. Almost as if hes trying to put the pieces into place but they won't all fit.

"Since when?" Is all Scooter says. I can tell theres a surprised expression on my face because I thought he was going to go off on us.

"Like ten minutes ago." Justin says with a chuckle.

I smile a little at Scooter who smiles back and then look down at my hands.

"Were you two about to.. Umm... You know." Scooter says as he points to the bed Justin and I are sitting on.

"No." I yell quickly as I look up at Scooter and Justin. Justin looks kind of sad at the fact that I answered that so fast and Scooter looks amazed.

"Good, lets keep it that way." Scooter says then walks out of the door way.

"That was awkward." I say with a smile as Justin grabs my hips and pulls me back on top of him.

"Better get used to it." He says and then lightly presses his lips against mine.

"I love you." I moan into his mouth.

"What the hell?" I hear a voice and immediately pull away from Justin then roll off him. I look up to see Ryan standing in the door frame.

I look at Justin and hes starring at Ryan with his mouth dropped open.

Ryan is sitting there with an evil smile. "Chaz! Come here! Justin and Alex were just making out!" He yells and I'm guessing thats why he had the evil look.

I hear Chaz screaming and running.

"No damn way!" He says when he reaches the door frame.

"Yeah man!" Ryan says back, laughing.

"Are you kidding me?" Justin says, still with his jaw dropped.

"More like are you kidding me? You guys aren't even dating, yet you are sitting here on the bed having a heated make out session." Ryan says pointing at the bed and then to us.

"Heated? No! It was just a make out session." I correct him. I look over at Justin whos jaw has now closed but he still looks uncomfortable.

"We are dating." I hear Justin blurt out. I see Ryan and Chaz immediately look over to him then back over to me, then at each other.

"Well I mean we all saw it coming. Chaz we owe Scooter $50 bucks." Ryan says.

"Woah! Why do you guys owe Scooter money?" Justin says, still trying to process it all.

"Well you see we made this bet. Scooter said that he bet you guys would start dating and Ryan and I said no you guys wouldn't. We had up until the first concert so tomorrow night, until the bet ends and we lost I guess." Chaz says looking glumly at the floor.

I start bursting out laughing.

Justin, Chaz, and Ryan all look over at me.

"Whats so funny?" Chaz asks giving me a skeptical look.

"I mean you guys knew I liked him I thought." I said holding my sides while I still laughed.

"You never, ever, ever told us that you still liked Justin." Ryan says giving me a weird look.
