"Director Fury. This woman snuck through security. Claims you know her."

Anita was being escorted by two guards into the room were Nick Fury laid in his bed recovering. He looked up from a piece of paper he was reading, raising an eyebrow at the woman who had some how sabotaged his car and but his life in jeopardy days ago. Agent Maria Hill stood beside him arms crossed over her chest while eyeing the woman nearing them.

"Who are you?" Hill asked.

"Anita Monroe. At your service." She gives a small bow at the two of them.

"Well, well. This is unexpected. Give me one good reason why I shouldn't have Agent Hill here shoot your pretty ass dead in the face." Fury said. Anita held her hands up in defense.

"Easy there, Nick. Me and you want the same thing. For Pierce to go down and for Hydra to fall with him. I'm here to help."

"Last time I checked you were with Pierce. Why betray Hydra now?"

"They've hurt the man I love so many times while I sat back and did nothing. And...I've done the one thing I promised never to do. And I feel extremely disgusted with myself for doing it. No more. I want Pierce dead and every last one of Hydra to burn. I'm not saying I want to be apart of your team; I'm suggesting a truce. You want this chaos to fall out of Hydra's hands and into your favor. I can make sure that happens."

"Can we trust you?" Hill asked.

"For now. Now, do you want my services or not?"

The Director and Agent both looked at each other, having an unspoken conversation through eye contact before looking back at the woman in front of them.

"What can you do?" Fury asked.

"The question is, what can't I do?" Anita smirked.

Anita came walking down the steps of fancy the jet, her red bottom heels clacking against the pavement as she walk across towards the helicopter that held Director Fury and his men who were waiting for her return.

"It really worked?" He asked once she was in close enough distance.

"I'm very persuasive girl."

The jet was taking off once in the distance as they spoke. It was easy to convince the lady Councilmen to return back to where ever it was that she came from, and made sure she didn't contact anyone—not even any of her other council members about her ware-a-bouts. Even Pierce was to assume that she was still arriving with the others. She hopped into the helicopter as it pulled back off to the server base they where hiding at.

"Romanoff will need these." Anita passed over the blue suit jacket and skirt she had acquired from the woman. They were taken and given to another agent to hold, "I hope your red-haired assassin can pull this off." She adds.

Once the chopper landed on the ground she was the first one to step out, running a hand down her suit. Turning back towards Fury who had just gotten out as well she walked him towards the entrance.

"Here you are. Now If you excuse me, I have bags to pack." Anita says, turning to leave when Fury grabs her arm.

"You know, I took the time to see into your file. It was hidden pretty deep but I found it. I wonder if Wilson knows your still walking among the living after all these years away. Know all the horrors you've done." He said and Anita clenched her jaw.

"Under different circumstances, you would've made hell of an agent." He adds. A black car pulls up behind them and Fury lets her arm go. She rolls her shoulders.

"Remember your part, Nick. If James ends up getting hurt—"

"I can't promise you that he won't."

The woman sighed but nods in understanding. Fury nods as well and the large entrance door opens letting the Director walks inside. A familiar face is walking towards him, stopping when he spots the wan standing outside the door.

"Anita?"

Sam Wilson stood there dumbstruck. Fury smirks to himself as he walked past him and towards the main room where the rest of the team were getting ready and suiting up.

"Bye Sammy." Anita waves before turning on her heel towards the awaiting car as the door starts. Finally Sam snaps out of his shock and runs towards the door.

"Wait!"

But it slams close right in his face. And when he gets them open again both Anita and the car are already gone.
