Signe's POV
'Negative again!? Why can't you guys just hang on in there like good little eggs?' I started to cry silently. "You okay in there Signe?" Seán asked from the other side of the bathroom door. "Y-Ya I'm fine..." I said unconvincingly in a cracked voice. "Come on Signe, let me in. I -" he stopped and took a deep breath. " I know it's negative again.... It's okay, we've tried everything. I'm sorry I can't give you a baby Signe. I'm so sorry." I could tell he was trying to hold back tears. I sighed and opened the door to see him leaning up against the door frame with his hands in his hoodie pockets and eyes to the floor. He looked up and I could see a tear starting to trailing down his perfect face, he took his hands out of his pockets and held them out inviting me into his comforting embrace. Excepting the invitation I slowly walk towards him and bury my head in his shoulder, I crumbled into his arms and started to weep. "No, I'm sorry, I'm the one who can't hold on t-to them. I'm the one supposed to be sorry. You wanted a baby so bad, we both did. B-But I keep losing them." I was sobbing in Seán's arms as he held me close. "Shh.... Signe it's not your fault, we tried everything. It's okay, it just means we can help an orphan grow up in a happy family. With an amazing woman for a mother might I add. How does that sound?" Seán always knew what to say when I was upset."That sounds great Seán.... thank you." I said into his chest. "I love you Signe." "I love you too I Seán.".
