Hussyan.

"Assalam-o-Alaikum." I give my Salam to Mom as she sit in my car. She called me to pick her up from office as she came here for some work.

"Walaikum Assalam Syan. How are you?" She asked me with a small smile and put on her seat belt. I returned her smile and pulled on the street.

"I am better now. How are you and everyone at home?" I asked her politely making her sigh softly.

"Everyone is fine. Are you sure, you're okay? You sound different from usual. It is about that day?" She asked me softly. I look at her before looking back at the road. I shake my head and bite my lips nervously because I know I wouldn't be able to hide it from her for a long time.

"I am fine, Mom." I mumble and stop in front of my favorite restaurant. "I am sorry for not asking but I am hungry and I want you to come with me to spend some mother and son time with me."

"You don't have to ask me about it Hussyan. I am happy that you bring us here because honestly, I missing spending time with you." She told me and I look at her to see honesty in her eyes. I smiled back and park my car in parking before we get out and walk in the restaurant.

"So, what would you like to eat?" I asked Mom after we take our seat and order our drinks. She shrugged and pick her phone as it vibrate on the table. I frowned when I saw smiling on her phone. For some reason it wasn't smiling. It was more like smirk. I would ask her but shrugged it off for now as I don't want to ruin her mood.

"Do you talk Sila?" She asked me suddenly making me choke on my drink. I patted my chest and muttered an apologize before looking at her with a blank look.

"No, I don't want to hear anything from her. Whatever I saw was enough." I told her seriously. Mom didn't say anything after that and keep quiet, at which I feel bad. I look up at her and saw her looking down at the menu but I know she wasn't concentrating on it as her eyes shift from right to left.

"Mom." I sigh and waited for her to look at me, but she didn't and hummed in response.

"Mom, I am sorry for talking like that, but I don't really care about Sila explanation. I lied to you. I did talk to her and asked her to prove herself, but I know she couldn't prove herself innocent. That is why I am thinking of something. If she tells me the truth and I will ask her to do something and if she did it then everything will be fine. No more problems will be left in our lives. We all live peacefully." I told her honestly. She sigh and looked up at me to say something, but stop when she glance over my shoulder. I was confused at her shocked look and look back before freezing.

"Did you know she is going to come here with him?" Mom asked me. I look back at her and shake my head.

"No, I don't even know that she is going out somewhere. I thought she was at home with Arsalan." I mumble to myself, but she heard it when I say Arsalan name. She looks at me confused and open her mouth to say something, but I cut her off. "Arsalan is at my home. Maham brings him there when Dad and you weren't at home."

"Oh, but if she is here then who is with him right now? Is he alone at home?" Mom asked me worriedly. I look at her and then back at Sila.

"I don't know. I will go and ask her how she can come here with him after all that." I was about to stood up but Mom stop me and make me sit back on my seat. I look at her confused when she shake her head.

"No, it is not a right time to talk her here. Lots of people here know who we are and if you do something, then it will affect our company. Go home and check on Arsalan. Talk to her when she get back." Mom say, but it was more like an order. I nodded with a defeated sigh and was about to stand up but stop.
"How will you go home?" I asked her making her smile.
"I will call the driver or maybe Ahmed." She shrugged. I nodded and stood up.
