i love music. you do too, right? i knew you did.

opinion: music helps me. perhaps better than a therapist could. music helps me get my emotions out.

whenever i am happy, i listen to fun, happy, upbeat music. its great!! it gets me all pumped up for the day and ready to do some great stuff with my life(yes, there are days when i actually go out and enjoy the world and its many, many opportunities.)

whenever i am angry, i usually listen to panic! at the disco, because its more of a--rock-ish type of band. usually the more 'angry' songs help me to, like, get the emotions out if i am angry for whatever reason. usually songs that are meant to represent anger are harder to find because its usually about sadness.

whenever i am sad, which, lots of song help me here, i usually listen to sadder music where there is a lot of sad and dramatic music. sometimes, i get to the point where i cry, but thats good, right? crying, this may sound ironic, makes me happy. whenever i cry, i know my body is responding to some sort of pain that my words can't express. with music, it helps really push out the feelings and i set aside the rest of the world to think about mentally and emotionally healing myself. it really does feel good after a nice cry. then, i am ready to start fixing the problem or work on being happier, like doing stuff that i find fun. for example, writing these stories for anyone to read.

music really does help me no matter the emotion, and the artists that i currently listen to have a wide variety of songs that i listen to according to any mood that i am in. whether i am happy, angry, sad, whatever. i have to admit, i also dance along to music whenever i am ready upbeat and excited. it gets me happy and joyful.
