One Last Time

chapter 2: HE HAS WHAT!!

Authors note: hey guys I for got to say this last chapter but I own nothing from pjo and hoo and I'm sorry I suck at chapter titles so don't kill me. And the problem may start this chapter but it will be a while till the end so enjoy. P.s this is going to be a long one you'll under stand more as you read.

Annabeth p.o.v

As I'm walking out of the book store  with my new book I hear Piper and Percy talking about something as I walk up they quickly change the subject.
" hey Piper! What's going on" I say happily. " o not much me and Percy were just talking about a little surprised for you" Piper says and looks at Percy with a very happy smile. " OK so can you fill me in? "
I ask curiously. "sorry under strick order not to tell you I'll leave that to percy" Piper says smiling. " OK well I have to go and catch Jason and Leo at the food court be for the clean it out... Bye" she says as she jogs to the food court. " so are you going to enlighten me on the surprise sea weed Brian" I ask with a smile " oh I'll think about telling you about it tonight at that new fancy restaurant down the street to night" Percy says with that crooked grin of his. " OK pick me up at my place at seven OK?"  " Sounds good to me wise girl." Percy says. "But hey first you want to grab lunch while we are here" I ask Percy and without a second thought he scoops me up and makes a mad dash for the food court. "AHHHH! PERCY PUT ME DOWN!! " I say trying not to let him see me blush like a tomato and laughing my head off. " nope you said food my favorite word next to Annabeth that is so now we are going to the food court " Percy says setting me down out side the food court. When we get there Leo Jason and Piper are sitting down eating and talking I'm surprised Leo hasn't blown the place up yet. We walk up and sit down beside them. " hey you two" Piper says with a big smile on her face " hi Piper so what have you guys been up to today "I ask 

Percy p.O.V

"OH MAN HOLY SHIT IM FREAKING OUT". Percy said to him self as he got ready go pick Annabeth for the date.
He takes one last look in the mirror and then goes to his car when all of a sudden he feels the worst pain he's ever felt in his left lung he crumples to the ground after about two minutes he's able to stand again he stand there confused for a second then drive to get Annabeth.

Time skip one hour.

Annabeth pov

As we were eating Percy stands up and and pulls a small box from his pocket and get down on one knee.
O my god is he going to propose.
I think to my self and letting tears of joy fall down my face like rain.
( see what I did there made a song reference). " Annabeth chase, I love you more then anything thing in the world and I know you feel the same so...  Will you make me the happiest man on earth and marry me "
Percy asks with a gigantic smile on his face. And the only only word I could think to. " yes " I whisper and then get louder and louder. Per stands up and hugs me tight but then he let's out a pained moan loud enough for everyone to here and then collapses.

Percy pov.
" yes" said but then the pain that I had felt just hours before returned with even more force. And ask I loose pass out I here Annabeth scream for help and the every thing went black.

Annabeth pov.

I Scream for help when he collapses and call an ambulance. After about twenty minutes an ambulance a wives and takes him to the hospital, he wakes up just as we arrive " thank god Percy your awake" I say with relief in my voice as a doctor walks in and asks to know what happened I tell him and he rites down what I say then says" we need to run some blood work to determine the cause of what happened " doctor blowfis says and leaves the room. After two or three minutes a nurse walks in with some viles and a needle and takes the blood. " I hope it's nothing Sirius " I say to Percy. He looks at me and smiles " I'll be fine wise girl don't worry " he says with a not so reassuring face .
( time skip one hour)
PERCY POV

Doctor blowfis walks in with the test results and  i noticed that he has a look of sorrow on his face. "so what is it doc " Annabeth asks. And what he says brings my hole world Down around me. " Percy I'm so sorry to have to tell you this but you have lung cancer and we need to do some exrays to find out where it is in you lungs.

(Readers pov)
So the wheel peercy to the Exray room. After about ten minutes they bring him out and Dr blowfis has an even worse look on his face. And saya" in door but it's worse then we thought the cancer it protruding on the in side of his lungs we can't remove it without kill him in the process with treatment we give it about about two years I'm  sorry" Dr. Blowfis says and walks out.

ANNABETH POV.

I just sit there and cry my eyes out
And Percy says " hey wise girl it'll be OK I promise OK?. " I look up at him and nod my head. "yeah your right your going to beat this " I say triumphantly.
