"Rise and shine, honey!" My mom exclaimed in a cheerful voice. Unfortunately, disturbing my deep slumber.

"Argghhh!" I groaned, while covering my face with the blue soft pillow that feels like a cloud made in heaven. You know what they say, sleep is a girls best friend... Wait... er... Or was it diamonds are a girls best friend. But either way I need my sleep!

"Wake up, your oatmeal is getting cold!" Mother said impatiently.

The cold air quickly made me shudder, suddenly giving me goosebumps as my mom yanked my only protection from freezing to death. Which  instantly made me get out of bed and onto my feet.

"Are you excited to go to your new school?"mother questioned.

"Umm, not really, I really miss Arizona," I replied.

" Honey, we all are having a brand new start. Since your dad got a promotion here, you and your brothers will have an opportunity to make new friends," mom assured, rubbing my back in soothing circles.

"Ok, love you!"I exclaimed, embracing her in one of my famous bearhugs.

"Love you too, go downstairs and eat breakfast your oatmeal isn't going to eat itself,"mom said jokingly.

I rolled my eyes playfully, and replied,
"Fine, I'll eat it,"I chuckled.  I turned to look at what time it was and it was 5:03 AM, school starts at 7 o'clock, I believe.

Mom poked me, signaling me to go downstairs. As I was walking out the door, mom plugged in the dangerous contraption, known as the curling wand. I've had some pretty bad experiences with that torture device.I remember when Grace and I were going to go to the...

I was interrupted from my thoughts, by my dad.

"Hey, kiddo!" Father enthusiastically greeted me.

"Good morning dad!" I answered with excitement.

"Good morning, go eat,"father said as he abruptly left for work, and gave me a gentle kiss on my forehead.

I sat down in our dining room and started to demolish my oatmeal, that had strawberries and cinnamon, flavored oats giving the bland oatmeal splendid flavors that gives your mouth a dance party.Unfortunately, I was finished with my oatmeal in no time. I walked over to the sink and washed my now empty bowl of leftover soggy oats. After I washed my bowl I walk towards the creaky wooden stairs, and finally reached my destination. I cracked open my bathroom door and locked it, then I took a shower, I used my scented shampoo that had an aroma of fresh picked strawberries. When I finished taking a shower I wrapped a towel that hugged around my body. The bathroom was humid in the air was foggy the mirror was hard to see in, my figure in the mirror was blurry. I walked to the door and entered my bedroom. My clothes! What should I wear?

"Hmmm," I mumbled while opening my closet full of clothes. Pushing each hanger to find my perfect outfit until I stumbled upon light jeans with holes at the knees. And a baby blue muscle T-shirt that had the words "Refuse to Sink" across the chest area. I grabbed the black and white flannel that pulled the outfit together. I need to blow dry my hair right now,or I'll have my flannel soaked in water.I exited my room to enter the bathroom, and searched for my purple blow dryer. Finally I found it! It was in the corner of my covers. I started to dry my hair, a million years later. My hair was finally dry. I later toothbrush with mint flavor. After I exit the bathroom to go to my room, I  changed into my outfit. I glanced at my clock it was 6:23 am, ok I have enough time to curl my hair. And so I did, to finish my masterpiece, I put hairspray for my bouncy curls to stay in for the whole day. I walked over to my mirror and applied some mascara, nothing too big. I checked the time and it was 6:52 o'clock ,already!

"Oh shoot! I'm gonna be late!"I exclaimed. And scurried downstairs to retrieve my new NIKE backpack, and hurriedly slipped on my white low-cut converse. I quickly ran outside, thankfully see my mom and my two brothers, Chris and John, waiting in the car. I could hear the engine ready to go. I sprinted to the passenger seat and made eye contact with my mom, and said,
          "Step on it!"

"Honey, you got it,"mother said and put full force to the pedal, as if you were in the movies, 'Fast in the Furious'

In no time, we reached our destination. As my mom pulled over, I exited the passenger seat and said,
          "Bye,mom love you!"

"Love you too, make sure you have a great day, and have fun!"mom exclaimed.

"OK, bye!"I exclaimed, while shutting the door. I turned around to meet in immense rectangular building that had large bold words written on top of the building. It had the words: Curtis Middle School. The surroundings were beautifully decorated with several flowers. The color was refreshing to the eye. I stood there on the sidewalk admiring the place. But wait there's more, there is a breathtaking view of  a mountain behind the school. Then reality hit me....oh yeah, i'm still in a death dungeon. At least I only have to finish half of the school year. I walked into the large building to find the main office. To meet the desk lady, she looked very friendly. I came to conclusion her name was Sharon. She had blonde hair with the find pointed nose and said,
"Hi, what can i do for you?" Sharon questioned politely.

"Hi, I'm Angel Layer, I'm a transfer student from Arizona. And I was supposed to pick up my schedule from the office, if I'm correct,"I cheerfully smiled at Sharon.

"Oh, yeah I have it right here, and welcome to Curtis middle school, have a fantastic day!"Sharon said enthusiastically, handing over my schedule.

"Thanks, you too!"I replied, walking towards the exit door.

           Well here goes nothing.
