You've gotta be kidding me, it's my first day and I've already interfered with drama. Wow, It seems like drama evolves around me. Okay, just stay calm and don't give her a reaction because sooner or later Eleanor will get tired of trying to break me down. And what's up with our little small talk, she already dislikes me because Caleb and I are talking, there is nothing going on. He is just showing me around the school since I'm the new girl, it doesn't mean if two genders from the opposite sex are instantly attracted to each other. Seriously Eleanor, try me, you can't make my life miserable.
"Come here you worthless piece of crap," I could hear Eleanor snap, not far behind me. I could hear high heels clicking on the hard tile floor, probably her group of followers or should I say doppelgängers. I stopped in my tracks and spun around to come face to face with Eleanor and her group of wannabes, that all have evil smirks plastered across there caked faces. There were half a dozen of them not including Eleanor, herself. They were all the typical mean girls that had a leader, in this case it was Eleanor.
"Yes," I politely said, ignoring the fact, at her rudeness and cruelty.
"I wonder why she moved here, I bet she probably got kicked out from her being so stupid," added a drop dead gorgeous girl who had stunning ocean gray eyes, a perfect, straight nose with brown microscopic freckles, high cheekbones, perfect teeth;but on the other hand, she was freakishly tall, I'm pretty sure she was taller than Caleb. I have nothing against tall girls, but this girls arms were like noodles swaying on the ends of chopsticks and her posture and stance looked very uncomfortable and awkward.
"For your information, I was a straight A student, and I had the highest GPA at my old school," I remark proudly at my achievement.
"Ugh, this girl looks so fake," snarled an Asian girl who had perfect eyebrows and oversized lips, almost the size of Jay z's.
"Look who's talking, underneath all of that makeup no could recognize or identify any of you," I reply cooly. I arrogantly flipped my long, dark hair over my shoulder then started to walking away back to class, I was jumping up and down excitedly mentally, but I tried to play cool on the outside. I hear the girls become frustrated from behind me. Score 1 for me, Score 0 for mean girls. I strut down the hallway to show them who's the boss, and that I don't give a flying fart of what they think of me. When I walked into the classroom on cue the bell rang. Signaling passing time is over, great, I'm not late. On the plus side, if I was late Mr. Hoffman and Mrs. Chandler wouldn't notice me because they were too distracted on their computers. The classroom was almost like a frat party, there was beer pong? Oh.No.Thank goodness it was root beer pong. Students were chattering with each other around the room, a game of truth and dare, and so much more unfamiliar activities the students were doing. I searched around to find my seat, I spotted it and quickly walked over to be seated. There was no sign of Gracie, I wonder where she was. I grabbed a book out of my backpack and attempted to drown the noise of teenagers laughing and yelling. I've read The Hunger Games numerous times, but I'm just in love with the plot of the story #TeamGale. I could feel myself drifting into another dimension, the book world, I was on the verge of tears when Rue got pierced with the spear from that stupid career, this scene always gets me sobbing and wanting to eat a dozen tubs of Ben and Jerry's ice cream. I will never get tired of reading the work of art, Suzanne Collins had written.
"Angel...Angel...Angel...," I heard a voice echo through the white noise in the background. I glanced up slightly annoyed at who disturbed my reading time.
Surprisingly, I saw Jack pointing at my shoes. I look downwards to see my shoes untied; as a result, I stood up to tie them because there was a tight space for me to tie my shoes. When I was about to bend over I saw Jack kneeling thing my shoes for me. That's so sweet.
