Lunch
Connie sat down across from Anne and Marissa, they sit together at lunch everyday because Tracy and Jenny have lunch at different times.
"I sent my step-brother a picture of you and he said that you are cute, and he said he'd totally date you!" Connie remarked.
"Step-brother...? You never mentioned anything about ever having a step-brother?" Marissa said questioningly.
"As if she even had one." Anne whispered to Marissa.
"Anyway, he looks just like that 'first fake boyfriend' of yours." Marissa said mockingly.
"Crazy right! Apparently that guy is my step-brother's twin brother and they were separated at the orphanage because they got adopted by different families!" Connie explained.
"It's crazy how creative this girl can get." Anne thought.
Anne looked over giving Marissa a disbelieving look and Marissa gave her a slight nod indicating that she thought the same.
"Righttt." Anne said sarcastically.
"I'm telling the truth! I'm serious!" Connie answered.
"I'm going to throw my trash away." Anne said ignoring Connie's answer.
"Me too." Marissa agreed.
"Me too!" Connie repeated.
"Ugh." Marissa said under her breath.
Anne rolled her eyes.
As the 3 girls were dumping their trash into the trash cans and recycling what needed to be recycled, then Connie, out of nowhere, slipped dumping all of her trash onto her.
"Ahh!" Connie yelled.
Jenny who had just walked in walked over to Anne and Marissa. They explained to Jenny what had happened.
"Clumsy much." Jenny remarked.
Mikey saw this and gave Connie a look of pity followed by laughter pointing to the spaghetti stain on Connie's blowse and jeans.
Connie smelled of school lunch spaghetti for the rest of the day and had red spaghetti sauce stains all over her jeans and top.
