It was April 1st, 2016. April Fools Day. It would've just been April Fools day if Caleb hadn't died. Now it's April Fools Day and Caleb's 6 month deathiversary.

It would have been a normal event. Annie pulls a prank on her gym and Hayley stays behind to watch.

Annie had decided to hide from all of her gym mates for April Fools day, making them think she wasn't there. Even coach Mary fell for it.

"Where's Annie?" Coach Mary pondered.
"Oh they didn't come with us today." Katie lied. Annie and Hayley were hiding beneath the pit and their car wasn't in the parking lot. It was 100% believable.

"Are they here" Olivia said, searching through the endless supply of foam blocks. In the kiddy section.
Katie just nodded her head. The girls went searching and searching until finally Arden found them beneath the pit.
"Ah ha! Found you! I told you they were here!" She said triumphantly.

Gym went on and on until it was finally time to head home. Annie had gotten her yurcheneko and Hayley got her back walkover on the floor. After gym they went out to eat.

Annie and Hayley were sitting across the booth from Katie and Billy.
"Hey, I just got 200,000 likes on my newest post!" Annie exclaimed. It was a video of her doing her yurcheneko.
"Cool." Hayley said.

"What's the matt- Hey a message! It says 'Annie you are my inspiration for everything I do and you are my favorite person on Bratayley. You inspired me to to gymnastics and you are incredible gymnast! I love you 💕'. It's from a girl named Ashley. I'll follow her!"

Hayley then checked her DMs and saw that no one had messaged her. And her newest post only had 10,000 likes. Although that's a lot for most people, it wasn't enough for her. She began to frown. She pushed the plate of macaroni and cheese away from her.
"What's wrong Hay?" Katie asked, a mouth full of steak.
"I'm just not hungry." Hayley sighed.
"Oh ok." Katie responded and turned her attention back to Annie and her steak.

Hayley gave a loud sigh and put her head down between her arms.

After getting home, Hayley and Annie got into the shower and put on their pjs. Annie was on a spree of liking fans photos. "These are so cool! I never realized how much fun it was to like photos made by fans!" Annie said.

Hayley, again, opened her phone and saw a notification from Instagram. She nearly jumped out of her seat.
"Oh my gosh! Someone on Instagram- oh." She lost her excitement when the notification was just a simple like from her grandma. She signed. "I think I'm just gonna go to bed." She said to Annie.

Annie was too drowned in her Instagram love that she didn't even hear what Hayley had said.
"ANNIE!" Hayley yelled.
"What?"
"I said GOODNIGHT!"
"Oh yeah. Night." Annie replied. Then she continued double tapping her screen.
"Ugh!" Hayley stormed off into her bedroom and flopped herself into her bed.

"Caleb would never treat me like that." She thought. Now Caleb died, people moved into their second favorite Bratayley persona: Annie. Hayley always knew she was least liked among fans. Mostly because she was a spoiled brat when she was 2. But the channel is called BratAYLEY for a reason! Her name was in the title! "It should be all about me!" She thought.

Maybe that's why people don't like her. Because people still think she's a brat.

Hayley was having a hard time sleeping. She was too upset that she wasn't getting any of the love. She decided it would be best to figure out why she was least favorite. She walked downstairs quietly into the office and pulled her laptop from her desk. She got back into bed and plugged it in. Then she clicked on Bratayleys newest video.

How do you like it? I know, it's short. But this will probably be the shortest chapter. On My last vote, BRATAYLEY novel won. So, here it is! I think I'm gonna be consisttent with it. New chapters will be posted every Thursday, if not, be patient with me.

Btw, the rest of the book will be in Hayley's POV, unless told otherwise.
