Since its 7:27 in the morning and I'm the ONLY one in the house that's awake, why don't we read that message?
I grab my phone from my dresser and open up my DMs. It's a long message that reads:
"He's waiting in he heavens
He's flying in the sky
We waiting for your presence
We just need to ask you why.
Just follow all the clues
It's really not that hard.
We'll have a party for you
We'll even sign a card!
Come on up, we're waiting.
Don't let us sit all day!
It would be so fun to see you
When your not that far away."
It was a little creepy at first. I mean, how do they know me? And who is "he"? Who are "we"? What's going on?!
Knock knock!
"Hayleyyyy, are you awake???" I heard Annie's voice outside my bedroom door. I can't let her see the message! I quickly threw my phone across the room in panic. That was the worst mistake I ever made.
"Hay what was tha- why is your phone on the floor?" She stopped mid sentence to tell me.
"It's my phone. I was playing uh-Flappy Bird! You know, I got mad and-"
"Flappy Bird doesn't exist anymore Hayley."
"Did I say Flappy Bird? I meant-uh.. Uh-... Flappy...Cat! Yeah it's this um- really cool game. You should try it!" I tried not to seem as nervous as possible.
She just stared at me in silence for a bit. Then she shrugged her shoulders. "Okay!" Then she left. Boy, will she be mad when she doesn't find Flappy Cat on the App Store.
