Hey, cupcakes! Yup, another one. I have way too many ideas in my brain to just keep them there :) Anyway, hope you like it!

Jo's Pov

Hi, I'm Jo. Well, my real name is Josephine Stark, but call me that and you will end up on the wrong end of my sword. Anyway, I'm sure you've heard of the seven of the prophecy, plus Nico, Thalia, and Reyna. Yup, those are my best friends. Annie and Perce helped me learn how to fight, and we are the only three who can match each other here. Piper is actually my sister, as we share the same mom, but yeah. Yes, my dad is Tony Stark. I'm not exactly his biggest fan, seeing as he's been ignoring me since I was in second grade. He called once a year on my birthday, which is actually in the summer. That's when I'm staying with him! I would be sitting in my room or my lab, and I would get a call on my cell from my dad, saying happy birthday, because he forgot I was there. Yeah, he stopped doing even that when I was in ninth, about six years ago. But hey, I do have my sister and my friends. I was six years old when Thalia, Luke, Annabeth, and Grover found me. They became my family, and Annie and I helped each other when Luke went bad. I fought against Kronos, and Gaea, which landed me in Tartarus for three day about halfway through beating Dirt-face back where she came from. Ouranos was the one I tricked into getting me out, using his wind mojo to boost me back into the Underworld. Hestia and Hecate chose me as their champion right after that, and I got some pretty sweet powers from that. We finally won, and we've had about a year of peace now. I'm seventeen now (Thanks weird birth date!), and I haven't spoken to my dad since I was fifteen, around the time of the war with Kronos. That's my crazy life.

Anyway, I was sitting with my family, just chilling by the lake, when Chiron came up to us. We looked at each other. He had his serious face on. That can never be good. Percy spoke up first.

"What's wrong, Chiron?" He looked startled.

"What do you mean?" I rolled my eyes at that, answering him myself.

"You have your I-have-bad-news-but-I-don't-want-to-say-anything-and ruin-today-but-I-have-to look going on at the moment. That's never good, and yes, there is a look." My friends chuckled. We all had such a weird sense of humor it was scary sometimes. Chiron just shook his head with a smile, though that quickly faded as he became serious again.

"Rachel cannot see the full picture, but something is going to happen that will change your lives forever. Especially you, Josephine." We all looked at each other. Not another prophecy! I looked back to Chiron.

"Details would be nice. Please don't say that this is another prophecy thing." I groaned, causing my friends to nod in agreement. Chiron let out a dry laugh.

"No, my dear. This has to do with your father." My face immediately morphed into one of extreme annoyance and slight anger. My friends looked at me in confusion, except for Annie, Thals, Grover, and Pipes. They were the only four who knew anything about my issues with my dad, but even they didn't know the whole story.

  "What about him?"

"Your school has sent a letter to us. You will not be able to go to boarding school, any boarding school next year, seeing as you are finished with school now. Therefor, you will have to stay with your father for next year. You will be leaving tomorrow to go and live with him."

"What?" I said, my voice raised slightly. "I get it if I have to live with him during the school year, I can just ignore him. But why do I have to go there now? Can't I just stay here this summer?" he shook his head.

"Rachel has seen this. It is the only part she can see clearly, but it is essential to the continued survival of our world that you do this. If you prefer, this is a quest." I sighed.

"Fine, but I am not going to track Rachel down for whatever prophecy she's got for me. The Oracle hasn't been working right since Gaea went down." He nodded his head.

"That is just as well. We haven't been able to find Rachel since yesterday. She had notes and drawings scattered all around her cave. We think she's gone to try and soak up some normalcy. Goodnight, all of you. Don't forget curfew." We nodded, and he trotted off. We spent the next few hours talking and making sure we knew how the summer was gonna go. Finally, Piper and I walked into the Aphrodite cabin and, with Piper's help, I got everything I needed packed up. We talked a little while longer, wondering about the future, before finally drifting off.

---TIME SKIP---

The next morning, my friends walked me down to where Argus was waiting with the car. I turned to my friends, and we all clumped into a group hug.

"I'll try and visit soon." I said when we all pulled away. "And I will definitely IM you guys whenever I can." They all smiled, and Piper came with me further down the hill.

"Don't forget..." she started, reminding me of our sister motto. "Clever as the devil..."

"And twice as pretty." we finished together. I gave her one last hug, waved to all of them, and got in the car, bags in tow. Chiron had called ahead, telling my dad I would be coming today. I don't know what his response was, but I really didn't care. I had my quest, now I just had to follow through with it.
