Please stay

Crash!!

That is the last thing I hear before I see darkness. I wake up and see my mother dead. I scream for her to wake up but she doesn't. I plead for help and nobody answers. Everything fades into blackness. I wake again in a hospital bed and run when I see them wheeling my brother into the operating room. I just realized, I ran through a door without opening it. Am I a ghost? Am I dead? No that's not possible or else I would be seeing my grandma who passed away when I was 6. I walk into another room and see me. It's my real body. I realize I must be in a coma or something like that. I run into the lobby and see my grandparents and Mason. Grandma and Grandpa are crying and Mason is just sitting there. His face is blank but I can see the hurt in his eyes. I hear the PA announce "Code blue in the operating room". Not Sami. No it can't be. Before I even know where I'm going I'm running as fast as my legs can carry me. He can't die this can't happen. When I arrive my aunt is there with him. He isn't moving. I look at his monitor. He flatlined. He's dead. My only brother who was 15 is dead. He will never fall in love. Go to prom. Get married. Be called dad. With each thought I crumple onto the floor my body raking with sobs. I get up and see a light down the hall. I'm so tired of life I don't even want to live. I'll be an orphan and an only child. By this point I'm running towards the light just wanting this to be over when I hear a voice say....

"If you go the one thing I ask of you is to never forget me because I will never forget you."

At this point I'm running back to my body towards the sound of Mason's voice.
"If you stay, stay forever in my arms because we are now. We are together. I love you. That is why I ask you now to please stay
with me forever and marry me. All I want is for you to be mine forever. I wouldn't have anything if I didn't have you."

Mason felt her left hand slide over as if waiting.
"Yes" I said as my eyes opened.

A/N I don't know if I'm going to to a second part or not. I would love some advice I'm a new writer and would like to improve. Helpful commentary would be wonderful. Thank you!!
