Chapter 13

Kendall's POV

When I woke up all I saw was the white walls and a bottle of water beside me, I immediately rose from the bed, because of the sudden movement I groaned in pain then I fell back to the bed.

I adjust myself to sitting position. Ugh. I massaged my temples because of my head's is pounding like a hammer.

"Oh, you're awake" I heard a female voice causing me to snapped my head towards her direction.

"Ah, What happened?" I asked.

"Oh, You don't remember?" the female voice asked, by the looks of her attire, she must be the school nurse.

Duh, What's the point of asking if I already know the answer.

" Sorry, It's just that my head is pounding that I can't recall the things happened before I fell asleep". I explained

"Ah, a male student brought you here, he told me that you were hit by a ball in your head then he brought you here, and drink this it will lessen your headache." the nurse gave me pain killers and I immediately took it.

" Thank you ". I gave her a smile.

" It's my job, and here's your pass". She gave me a piece of paper with my name on it.

" Uhmm. I'm kinda new to this school, Can I ask you a question? I asked.

" Sure". The nurse replied.

" Uhmm.. what's yout name? " I asked.

" Jenni "

" Thank you Miss. Jenni, I should be going ". I stand up and leave after giving Jenni a wave and a smile.

I made my way to the cafeteria, I still have 20 mins before the bell rang.

Cara's POV

Waaaaa! Where could Kendall possibly be, wait ! Is that her? But why is she leaving from the clinic.

" Kendall " I yelled to gain her attention, then she suddenly looked at my direction.

" Cara ". She replied.

" Why are in the nurse office? " I asked her with a worried face.

" Ah, many things happened a while ago, I'll tell you before we go home ". Kendall replied.

" Okay, but are you sure you're not hurt anymore? ". I asked for assurance.

" Yup ". Kendall assured. " Can you walk me to the cafeteria? I'm starving". After asking her stomach growled, She hid her face in her hands. I gently took it and intertwined it with my hands.

" Sure ". I replied and kiss her cheeks that resulted for her to blush.

At the cafeteria

" You really are hungry ". I teased causing for her to blush.

" Hehe, I told you so, ". Kendall replied

" I saw Gigi at the soccer field and she's searching for you ".

" Oh? "

" Yup "

" Oh my,I forgot Gigi, I should be in the soccer field she would be m-- ". I interrupted her and hold her hand

" Relax, finish eating first, we can search for Gigi together ". I suggested.

" Okay, but I'm kinda tired " She sighed.

" Do you want to go home? " I asked her

" Yes, but how about you? " Kendall asked.

" I'll skip, I'll take care of you " I said and gave her my famous smile.

" You're so sweet, Thank you " Kenda said.

" No problem ". I replied and gather hef belongings.

While walking I heard Kendall sing.

You said Hey, what's your name
It took one look and now we're not the same
Yeah, you said hey, since that day
You stole my heart and you're the one to blame

While singing Kendall focused on me that she is solely singing that only for me.

Yeah, and that's why I smile
It's been a while
Since everyday and everything has felt this right
And now you turn it all around
And suddenly you're all I need the reason why I smile ..

After her heart warming song I felt Kendall has a strongfeelings for me.

" Wow; I didn't know that you have a beautiful voice ". I complimented her causing her to blush again.

" Did you like it? " Kendall asked playing with the hem of her shirt.

" I don't like it ". I replied causing Kenda to frown and look at her shoes.

I grabbed her chin and held it up to see her eyes, " I don't like it, I love it ". I gently kissed the corner of her lips causing her to giggle.

" You're so sweet, That's why I like you so much ". Kendall said, I blushed at her words.

" Awe, are you blushing? , Well it's true I like you ". Kendall said causing me to blush more.

I pinched her nose causing for her to giggle, Woah, her giggle is the one of my favorite sounds in the world.

" So who's the sweet talker now? " I put my arm around her shoulder and kiss her cheek.

We are now at our house, I instructed Kendall to go to our bedroom and rest. I have to make some snacks for us to eat, after preparing I quickly climbed the stairs, when I arrived the door is slightly open causing for me to come in but I saw something unexpected.
