It was about the 16th of August, which meant his birthday would be in two days. You decided to go shopping today. Maybe tomorrow you'd take him somewhere, and after that, you'd celebrate his birthday the day after. That seemed a decent enough plan.
Surprisingly, Calvin was awake first. You got ready, and went downstairs to see him making coffee.
"Morning."
"Morning!"
"You seem pretty dressed up today, hm?"
"Y- Yeah! I'm going shopping for a special occasion in a couple of days."
"Might as well go with you. After all, I wouldn't want anyone eyeing you, now would I?"
He smiled, leaving your heart pounding from his last sentence. You noticed he was in his Pajama's, his bed head hair giving it an even cuter look.
"Right. I'll wait for you."
It took a while, but he was ready, wearing the casual.
You quickly stood up to grab his hand, and tugged him, walking out the door.
"You're being really enthusiastic, dude."
"What can I say? This event is very special to me."
