Chapter 7

Chapter 7

     "(Y/N)?" You woke up to the sound of a familiar. Groggily, you look up to Sonic. He's giving you an odd look, and you realized you had fallen asleep.... on him. Jolting up, you dust yourself off and  quickly apologize, blushing like crazy, before you rush out of the room to check the time. 6:30? 'Well... That's a little early,' you think. You look to your couch and see that Remix and Tails are still sleeping, Remix holding Tails almost like a doll. You smile at them. 'That's cute,' you think, trying to imagine their couple name while turning to your fridge to open it anf pull out the orange juice. You pour yourself a glass and start to drink the juice, hoping it'll make you feel at least a little better about the current events. Your stomach's still aflutter after the last night. You actually fell asleep on Sonic the Hedgehog... what had even happened before you feel asleep? You gasp and pant after drinking the entire glass at once.

      Great. Your stomach stopped fluttering, but now it aches. This didn't help, adding to your headache, so you lean against your counter. Your gaze soon falls onto the doorway of the room you and Sonic were in. It was supposed to be a dining room, but you and your mom usually just ate in the living room, so the room was abandoned. They nevwr went in there and it was basically empty except some dish sets, tablecloths and a small table. Maybe Sonic and Tails could live there till they went back to their planet. Sonic and you had slept there last night so... another sigh escapes your lips and you start thinking of other stuff... Where had your mom been? She usually came home late and would wake you to say hi. If you weren't in your room, she woulda looked and found you in the dining room. And then she would see Sonic and scream or wake you up to ask whonor what he was. 'Oh well,' you think. 'She probably just had to stay overnight...' 

     Suddenly, you look to the doorway again and something urges your legs to walk there. Opening the door silently, you walk into the dark room. Sonic isn't sitting where he was when you left. Maybe he left? You look to the windows, but they're all closed, locked and curtains in place. He hadn't left out the door that went into the kitchen, and there wasn't any other doors so he was hiding somewhere... "Sonic?" You call out into the darkness. "Sonic, you in here?" 'Of course he is,' you think, feeling stupid. You hear shuffling from a corner and walk over to check it out, assuming ut was him. Tiptoeing quietly to the dark corner, you see a white sheet, with something under it leaning in the corner. You raised an eyebrow and reached to poke it before it popped up with a soft "Boo!" This made you squeak and fall onto the floor on your back. The white sheet lifted and fell on you, leaving you, and someone else that you couldn't see, under it. They laid next to you, chuckling. You feel a little angry that he scared you, as you realize who scared you.

     "Sonic!" You whisper sharply. "It's too early for this. His laughing calms until it's just the two of your's breathing that can be heard in the darkness. It gets very warm after a while and you feel drowsy. Poking your head out for fresh air, you curl up under the sheet. On the verge of sleep, you feel something wrap around your waist. But you don't even have time to realize it's Sonic before your eyes close and you fall into a peaceful sleep. Not too long later, Sonic also falls asleep, with you in his arms.

     

     At around 8:45, Remix and Tails  wake up, blushing and quickly go to check on You and Sonic. They find you sleeping on the floor near the corner, under a sheet, next to eachother. You both looked tired even in your sleep, so they didn't wake you up. Instead, the pair went to the kitchen and talked over breakfast about Sonic liking you, and if you liked him or not.
