Chapter 44 - You And Blue.

Alex's POV:

"You coming down for breakfast?" Em asked, ringing me,

"Yeah, gimme 10mins to finish my powder" I said, hanging up,

I finished everything, packed my camera and lenses for today, took the basics and met Ledge for breakfast.

"I cannot think of anything worse than maple syrup" I said, eating waffles,

We then realized that the place was 2 hours away from the hotel...thanks uni.

We got in the cab and got talking.

"You never told me what happened with you and blue" I said

"It's nothing" she said

"You were so into each other, cmon, what's up?" I asked

"Look, okay, she said you were a bitch and she hated you" she said

"That little fucker" I said

"You're my best friend, and I didn't want anyone slagging you off, I think she was jealous of the friendship we have, she said other things but they aren't important now, we split up" she said

"I can't believe you left her over me, you're such an amazing best friend/roommate" I said

"We're done, it's over" she shrugged

"So, how about the whole Duncan thing? Will we see a legend Duncan return?" I smirked

She just tapped her nose..

Ross's POV:

"First day of minecon, excited mate?" Trott asked

"Not excited for the 2 hour drive though" Smith muttered,

"Ross?"

"Mate?"

"Sorry. I could've swore I just saw Alex come out of the hotel opposite" I said

It looked just like her. Her makeup, her hair, her camera.

"Mate cmon, I thought you were clearing your head? Why the fuck would Alex Turner be in Canada?" Smith said

"Yeah, you're right, I need to pull myself together" I muttered

Alex's POV:

I walked in and me and Ledge got backstage passes to everything, which was pretty awesome!

"Hey bro! I need pictures of the yogs stand before hat films get here" I said

"Where do you want us?" He asked

"Just ignore me, pretend I'm not here" I said

"Fair enough!" He said

So I took some shots, and then did some of the exhibition, people came to sign stuff and I videoed some of that also.

It was fucking tiring work..

I was filming some of the card game area when a guy came up to me,

"Hey, Alex right? Need a bit of a favor" he said

"That's me, what's up?" I asked

"We had a band playing minecraft parodies for a show tomorrow, the lead singer is ill and the band can't make it, can you fill a half an hour slot? We'll pay you" he said

"I'll do it for free, all I need is a guitar" I said

"We can sort that! See you at 6am for sound check, you'll be on at 1pm" he said

"6AM?!" Me and ledge part yelled in sync,

"Yeah, there's a lot to do...and there's the other acts" he said

I finished up taking shots and videos and we went for a five guys, which was truly amazing.

"Come for a swim later?" I asked Ledge, as I paid the cab guy,

"Yeah okay, see you in say, 15?" She said

"Yeah cool" I replied

Today has been exhausting..
