Abandoned

You left me, you forgot me,
Now I am all alone.
Your absence, it's killing me,
Please don't make me go.

I need you, I miss you,
But you're nowhere to be found.
I'm losing hope, giving up,
I call but there's no sound.

He showed up, helped my search,
Never judged or asked me why.
My mind asks me, what's the point,
I need to stop my cry.

You come back, show your face,
Go away, you're too late.
I've given up, I've moved on,
I got tired of the wait.

You're upset, blaming me,
But you're the one who lied.
I've given up, I've moved on,
But don't say I never tried.
