Note: I don't know when American Satan started filming but I just found out Ash is in it so I figured I should include to spice things up a bit. Lacey's POV:

I recently got a job at customer service. I got the job from an old friend. "You should definitely work here Lace, your positive will change things up around here" My friend Nico would say. "If you insist, I don't know, being yelled at by idiots isn't my cup of tea" I replied. A short time later, I got a job, and today was my first day. I was talking with Ash about her upcoming movie role in American Satan

It's about a rock band, half from the UK the other from the U.S and how they drop out of college and move to Sunset Strip to chase their dreams. After saying goodbye to her, I headed to the office. "Lacey! There you are! I need to give you a tour" Nico said, pulling me into an embrace. "Okay, here are the other workers, the bathroom is right over there, break room is to the right, any questions?" He asked. "Nice tour"I commented sarcastically, smoothing out my skirt.

"Whatever"he rolled his gray eyes. "Here's your phone, it will probably ring in a few minutes, just transfer it to me if they person gives you a hard time" He said, stating to walk away. It was about five minutes after Nico left and I got a call.

"Hello. Welcome to customer service, how can I help you?" I asked.

Customer: "When I placed my order it told me my order would be delivered on Friday but I just got an email saying it would now be delivered on Wednesday."

Me: "Ma'am, I'm sorry about the confusion but sometimes our shipping carriers are able to deliver packages sooner than expected and we notify you to let you know."

Customer: "Well, that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. You guys lied to me and this is very unethical."

Me: "Ma'am, again I apologize about the change in delivery on this order. Is there a reason that you wanted the delivery on Friday versus receiving it earlier?"

Customer: "You're missing the fucking point here, you idiot. You told me Friday and now you're telling me Wednesday. What the hell kind of company are you running here?"

Me: "Yes, ma'am, I am missing the point here and I apologize. Your original email stated the Friday was an estimated delivery date. That was not a guaranteed delivery day and we were actually able to get the order to you two days earlier than previously thought."

Customer: "That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Clearly you are an uneducated high school dropout who doesn't know your ass from a hole in the ground."

Me: "Well, I can certainly call the carrier and place a temp hold on this delivery but you would then have to pick it up from their FC on Friday since you don't want it early."

Customer: "You idiot, I do want it early. You are missing my point. You guys lied to me and are an unethical company."

(I am waiting on the whole "give me" part of her speech to come in at any point and BAM there it is.)

Customer: "I demand a full refund for my order for this."

Me: "Well, you are certainly entitled to a refund within 30 days of delivery. You can refuse the delivery on Wednesday and once we receive the order back you will be automatically refunded, or once you receive your order you can create a return online or by calling us back. But you would have to pay a return shipping fee."

Customer: "Why would I refuse it or send it back? I want my order but you're going to refund me for all my troubles."

Me: "Ma'am, we aren't able to refund you for an order that you don't return."

Customer: "Well, then, I guess I'm just going to call and dispute the charge with my bank."

Me: "Ma'am, you certainly have that right but at this point I have already forwarded this call information to our internal investigations team and we will provide your bank with the full recording of this call once we receive the charge back inquiry from them."

(She then hung up. She then called back in 29 more times that day to try and get me fired. We then redirected the order back to us, issued a refund, and blocked her account, address, CC #, phone #, and IP address from being able to order from our system in the future and she is now banned from our site.)

"Holy Shit Lacey, that was brilliant" Nico told me after I told him what happened. I laughed and headed back to my desk. I had a few mother calls, then I headed back to the apartment.

Ash's POV:

I had Andy Biersack come over because Lacey had a major crush on him. It was the least I could do, she gave me so much in our relationship. That, and she truly liked him. "Is there anything you want? Lacey should be here in a few minutes" I asked. "Just a beer, please, thanks" he replied. His voice was deep, onision was right, his voice was like a sexy chainsaw. "I'm home Ash!" Lacey exclaimed and walked towards me when she put her bags away.

"Oh my god. You're Andy Biersack! I love you!" Lacey began to fangirl. "Its a pleasure to meet you Mrs. Blackburn" He replied and shook her hand. "I'm never washing this hand again." She stared at her hand. "You need good hygiene, I can shake your hand a lot more if you want me too" he mused, glancing at his beer before he took a sip.

Lacey got at least 10 more handshakes and hugs before he left. "Thank you so much, I love you dude, for real though, he's like my celebrity crush." She mused, taking the big bag of Doritos we had. "Its nothing, I'm glad you met him, it made you happy and that's what matters." I replied, kissing her cheek.

For the rest of the day, we just chilled out and watched Nemo probably fifty times. "I'm off to bed" she said, turning the Tv off. I showered and collapsed into my bed. "Love you" she said, sleep lulled her voice. "Love you too" I replied before sleep consumed me.
