Once upon a mountain hike
Lost on a trail at midnight
The crunch of leaves on the snowy ground
A crunch, crunch, crunching of leaves on the snowy ground
Only this and wanting to be foundWhen all of a sudden came a screeching
A stomp, stomp, stomping on the snowy ground
Only this and wanting to be foundI started to run to show my fright
But it kept chasing me on this winter night
Wanting to spill my blood on the snowy ground
Only this and not wanting to be foundOh this thing please let me stay alive
But this thing is on hyperdrive
Still chasing me across the snowy ground
Only this and not wanting to be foundSpit stopped in front of me out of the blue
Baring it's teeth, sharp and long too
Before I could scream my body hit the snowy ground
Only this and hoping nobody else will be found
