Chapter 2: A New Beginning

Clary stepped out of the portal, she had arrived in Idris. She looked around, taking a moment to realise that she was indeed standing in the City of Glass. Clary sighed "hopefully I can start a new life here and move on," she took a few steps forward before starting to walk up the street she was standing in. She walked to a nearby house with an Angelic Rune on the front door. Bracing herself Clary knocked on the door and waited. A few seconds later a guy with straight white hair wearing a Shadowhunter leather jacket, trousers and boots, looking better in black than the widows of his enemies since 1234. "Clary!" Sebastian walked outside and threw his arms around his younger sister "it's great to see you." Clary gave a warm smile and hugged her older brother back "it's great to see you too Sebastian" she said. Sebastian let go of her and smiled looking at her "so what brings you back to Idris?" He asked "I'm quite surprised to see you back here." Clary went silent for a few minutes until she finally answered "I..." she began "this may sound awkward but... I kinda need a place to stay at the moment." Sebastian looked slightly stunned, "huh? Why?" He stood there confused "aren't you happy with Jace and your friends back in New York at the institute?." Suddenly Clary began to break down into tears "N-no" she answered "I-I'm not." Sebastian hugged her tightly "shhhh Clary it's ok tell me what's wrong" he said softly holding her as close as he could which slightly surprised Clary. Clary spoke quietly but kept crying "Jace h-he" she started but could not speak due to thinking about Jace in the weapons room with that blond girl. Sebastian looked deeply into his sisters eyes "what Clary? What did he do?." Clary managed to get her sentence out before crying into Sebastian's jacket "h-he.. he cheated on me" she said falling into his jacket.

Hey guys I am soooo sorry I have not been online lately I been busy in real life with lots of things and last week I went on holiday for a week and I wasn't able to get internet to write or update anything while I was away also I've had the flew for 2 days straight with an aching pain in my stomach and almost felt like throwing up and also due to that I haven't been able to get on to update anything. I haven't long come back from my holiday and I've only now realised that you guys wanted the next chapters of certain stories that I have wrote of so here it is the chapter for my Clabastian fanfict and thank you so much for being so patient with me. This is a short chapter for now as its 02:27am over here right now and I'm getting tired and need to rest soon, the reason I'm up late is because I couldn't sleep and felt like maybe writing the second chapter for this so once again enjoy :3.

Note that my Zoey & Dren book 2 fanfiction I will not be able to finish for awhile due to running out of ideas for the next chapter or losing inspiration in writing it so I might just end it soon. But if you have any ideas or suggestions that you would like to suggest to me just comment below on the last chapter of my Zoey & Dren (Book 2) fanfiction as I'm really stuck for ideas and inspiration for it right now.
