Beautifully Broken Souls

Dancing took a little but of stress in me but then, reality always comes back to you. You cannot run away from it. It will come back.

And that is how i knew that can't forget. I don't have a getaway. I can't forget. My expressiveness is good as gone and no one has seen.

I was broken from inside and out.

My chain of thoughts were cut off when I heard my phone ringing. I got up and went to it, pausing the song that was currently playing, I saw that it was my brother.

I picked it up and the soothing voice of my brother makes its way into my ear

"Good afternoon Ignis"

"Well hello there Zachary"

"How are you? How was school?"

"I am fine Zack and school was the same old"

I couldn't tell him what happened with Drew... I just couldn't

"Alright is dad up? Or still lounging on the couch?"

"He is always in the couch Zack. The only time he isn't there is when we pick him up and put him to bed or when he goes to get more liquor"

"Yeah well I was just checking and also I have good and bad news"

"Start off with the bad one"

"Thought you would say that. Well remember nanny Cara? Well she isn't doing well. Apparently she is hospitalized"

I froze. My face was getting paler with the time passing. Nanny Cara was the only person who actually gave love to my brother and me. If anything happenes to her, well I don't think Zack and I can handle that....

"And what is the good news?" I tried but my voice cracked in the end, signaling that I was about to cry. Something I just can't afford to do.

"Well I am coming back home for three weeks Ignis"

"Well that is good news. When are you reaching here?"

"Um actually you might want to open the front door"

With that he hung up on me. I rushed towards the front door and sure enough, he was there. I gave a full pledged smile. Something that hurt my cheeks since I haven't done that in 7 months. Which was the last time my brother visited.

"Holy buckets of sea weed! You are actually here!" I jumped on him. I was ecstatic. He was here after so long!

He hugged me back with equal enthusiasm. And I thought maybe, just maybe I can allow myself to be a little happy for when he is here.

I am casting Taylor Lautner as Zachary. He is the definition of hotness. *Wink wink*
