Fangirl tips and advice

I'm sorry if I haven't updated for a long long time but here it is!! :)

I know being a fangirl is hard but here are some tips for you to make your fangirl life get easier!

First things first, balance your daily activities to fangirl things and non-fangirl things..

50% of normal activities
&
50% of fangirl activities

Normal activities:

•Hanging out with friends
•Have a family day
•Do school work
•Socialize with other people
•do normal things like other people do
•Join a club
•blend with other people

Fangirl activities:
•Trying to get his attention by tweeting him..
•Joining new multiple fandoms
•Writing fanfiction
•Buying merch
•going to concerts
•watch them perform
•Waiting for their latest update/news
•Having mixed up emotions
•Sit and cry of how lucky those people are that can go to their concerts..
•More sobbing and screaming when he is currently dating someone..
•and many more that you fangirls do!!

You should try to balance these stuff so your life will get easier ;)

If you concentrate in being a fangirl, it's going to be hard..I mean, no friends? Large eyebags? Anxiety? Hell no!

•Go ahead and communicate with other people..Hang out with some friends! It's ok to have a few friends..You don't need a lot of them..Atleast, you have someone to bond with..You should only get few cause sometimes, we don't know if that person is being real or just being Plastic..Some others are now stabbing your back so also be careful to whom you hang out with..

•Try to sleep early..You need sleep girl!! You seriously need some beauty sleep..You need energy for your daily activities..Teens like us need 8.5-9.5 hours of sleep(correct me if I'm wrong) and adults(18+) needs 7-9 hours of sleep..There are going to be some health consequences if you don't get enough sleep..You need energy especially if you're still a student or if you're going to work the next day..

Here are some effects,health consequences and unfortunate risks of partial and total sleep deprivation:

•you get sick- of course! Lack of sleep can impair your body's ability to fight  illness.Our immune system is not going to function well..If we do not get the right amount of sleep, our performance and our functioning is not going to be satisfactory..

•Depression-our mood is going to be more depressed..Sleep and mood are closely connected..It happens when chronic insomnia may increase the risk of having a mood disorder or anxiety..

•Irritability-"complaints" for short..This negative emotional effect of disruptive events..You can mostly get annoyed like when someone interrupts you in the middle of something..

•Insomnia-with this, you might get trouble in falling asleep..You often wake up during the night and then having trouble going back to sleep..

There are 2 types of insomnia:

1. Primary insomnia-it is not directly associated with any other health condition..
2.Secodary insomnia-he/she is having having sleep problems cause of some sort of health condition like asthma,cancer,depression,etc.

Acute insomnia-(short-term) it can last from one night to a few weeks..

Chronic insomnia-(last a long time) it can last for 3 nights a week for a month or longer..As I said, it may increase the risk of developing a mood disorder such as anxiety or depression..

•It ages your skin- lack of sleep causes to age your skin..It can lead to lackluster skin,fine lines,and dark circles in your eyes..Lack of sleep releases more of the hormone cortisol, which can break down skin collagen(the protein that keeps skin smooth and elastic)

•Forgetting things-It's called Amnesia..Cause I'm really not pine at all..Just kidding!! Lol..Actually, lack of sleep causes you to forget things..Need to sharpen your brain? Get enough sleep..

•Headaches-Scientist still don't know the exact reason why lack of sleep leads to headaches..But others believe this is due to the effect of oversleeping has on certain neurotransmitters in the brain,including serotin..

•Inability to learn-like I said, to sharpen your brain, get some sleep..Lack of sleep isn't going to help our brain to function properly..

•Weight gain-people who underslept seem to have hormone imbalances that are tied to increase appetite,more cravings for high-calorie foods,a greater response to indulgent treats and a dampened ability to control their impulses..So be careful!!

•Poor eyesight/vision- you'll encounter visual errors and you'll experience more outright hallucinations..

•Heart disease-both short and long sleep durations are shown to have negative impact on heart health..Less sleep increases the chance of developing coronary heart disease or stroke..

•Distractedness-having trouble paying attention to something?Struggling with anything that you truly focus? If you want to say alert and attentive, sleep is requirement..

•Slowness- acting slow like a turtle or snail lately? Your reaction time is severely impeded when you don't get enough sleep..Of course! Your actions are going slow cause of lack of sleep and energy..

•Cancer risk increases-lack of sleep is associated with higher rate of breast,colorectal, and prostate cancer..

And many more!! So please do get some sleep and be aware of your health if you want to see your idol..

Ok back to some tips..What was I saying? Oh right! Lol..Try to balance some fangirl stuff and non-fangirl stuff..

•Also join some clubs! Not just fandoms..It helps us to take off our depression..Joining clubs are fun!!

You'll meet new friends that are also interested at what you like,Increasing your knowledge to  what you're interested,socializing with other people,doing the things you like,etc..

•Next is, hang out and bond with your family more often..Being close to your family is a good way to socialize with them like when you're having trouble or problems, they are always right there to support and help you..People who barely bond with their family, often to decrease low self-esteem to ask help from their parents..Plus, Family bonding also helps your family to get closer and decreases of having a family problem..Don't just sit right there with your Iphone or laptop, bond with them!! This is one way to make your parents happy from all of their hardwork and sacrifices they gave you..

•Go ahead and exercise..If you're a beginner, start by stretching and then jog..Go ahead and work out with your body..Not just lying on your bed with your eyes focusing on the screen of your laptop/Iphone..

•If you're still a student, please do study harder..If you have a little time to do some fangirl stuff, then go ahead..If you still have school work, do it first before focusing on fangirl stuff..When it's summer, you have a lot of time to do whatever you want..But still, balance your daily activities ok? But if you're going to school, please try to focus on your studies..Think about your future! Focus on your school work,homework,projects, examinations, and other school related stuff..When it's done, then do your fangirl work.. :)

If you do these things, it will make your life easier!! And you are now ready to see your idol/bias!! ;)
