COREY'S POV

Today was mine and Ashley's one year anniversary -- of being married that is. She said yes and we had a wedding in the summertime of last year, in July which was two months AFTER we had our first daughter together, boy was Griffin excited and Willow was just shocked. We asked Griffin and Willow if they'd want to name her and they said yes. So, after debating we came up with -- , she's now a year and two months old. Ashley was still sleeping, I woke Griffin and Willow up to help me cook mommy her breakfast. I standing in the kitchen with a grey wife-beater and sweats on in men's house shoes while Griffin and Willow helped set the breakfast table. The kids washed up, I sat Ella in her high chair, then I woke Ashley up then blindfolded her. I placed her favorite slippers on and her favorite "pregnancy" sweater thing. I guided my wife to the kitchen and took off the blindfold.

"Happy Anniversary baby." I said as her mouth hung open.

"I don't know what to say baby." she spoke still in shock.

"Don't say anything, let's have breakfast as a family." I said pulling the chair out.

"Thank you baby." she spoke, out table was a round table but we had elbow room, so a big circle table.

ASHLEY'S POV

I was taken aback from this surprise on our anniversary. We have seventeen years of being best friends and now a year of being man and wife, but we have many more years to go and probably many more kids. But for now, we still live in the same house as 2012. We have a nursery, Griffin has his own room and Willow does as well. Stone Sour will be leaving for four days since it's Rockfest then they'll be home again. Words cannot express how much love is in this family. Griffin knows that Scarlett is his biological mom and she doesn't mind him calling me mom since Corey now has full-custody of him. NO, they didn't have a fight, she believed that he was better off with a better parent or parents, meaning him and I.

"Babe, would you like to go on tour with us?" I asked, she looked up.

"Are you sure?" she asked.

"Yes. Absolutely. I want my family there." I said in a final tone.

"Okay, looks like were packing for a trip my children." Ashley said smiling as Willow became excited.

Packing for tour once again is amazing, I love going on the road with my husband and kids. I heard the bedroom door close and someone behind me. I turned to see a shirtless Corey in the doorway. Fuck, how did I end up with someone like him? I asked myself. He walked up to me and placed his hands on my hips and just stood there staring into my eyes. Seventeen years being Corey's best friend, he amazes me and sometimes can be an ass but I love him and have loved him since I first met him in 1997. There was a knocking at the bedroom door, it interrupted our kiss, but made us laugh. It was Jim.

"What's up Jim?" I asked.

"Checking up, ya know?" he said smiling.

"There will be a drinking game because of you saying, 'ya know' so many times." I said laughing.

"That would be fun." Jim laughed.

"It sucks you're not with Stone Sour anymore." I said getting sad.

"Hey, I'm still with Slipknot. Would you rather me be in one band than none at all?" he asked.

"True. Alright, I need to finish packing." I said laughing as the boys left the room.

Thank goodness for Corey's family touring bus, he bought a bus specifically meant for any of the Stone Sour or Slipknot guys who have families to use. Normally, Shawn's family stays in Iowa whilst I'm the only one with kids who technically goes on tour. It saves lots of room. I was glad to being going on a mini tour with my husband and our kids. Seriously though, who knew two best friends could go through shit and end up married at the end of the day? No one, not even me, not even my parents, NO ONE. I left the bedroom and walked to the backyard - Ella was in her bouncy chair watching her dad play little kid football with Jim, Willow and Griffin. This is my family even if Jim and I had sexual matters back then, he's always been there for me unlike my brother who continues to live in LA. Moments later, I rushed to the bathroom and my hair was then held by Jim and Corey. I honestly hope that we're about to have more kids. I couldn't wait.
