Chap 3. The 'Dear Diary' Section

Dear Diary,

I wish Austin knew how I felt about him. Actually, scratch that thought. He can never find out. Besides, I think this is just a 'phase.' Well, hopefully anyway. I don't know what life would be like if Austin hadn't come into my life. I guess, I would still be that shy girl who plays the piano, but never brave enough to perform. Well half of that statement is true, but Austin's changed me; and for the better. Austin. I love him. I really do. And I would hope he loves me too. He probably does, but not the way I love him. Instead, he's off probably making out with Kira some place. I don't know. And I'm not sure I really should care. I do care though. I care about Austin. In more ways than one; I care for him. And Kira, well, me and her didn't really get off on the right foot. We got off on the left. I mean, seriously. We both hate each other guts. I think it's cause she knows that I have feelings for him; deeper feelings than the surface;. But I can't say a thing, if I did, Austin's career could be at risk. Kira is Jimmy Star's daughter, so, if I were to get in the way of Kira and Austin; Austin's career, and our friendship, would be doomed.... I'm sounding so dramatic...

Dear Diary,

Austin's gone once more. Off with Kira no doubt. He didn't really explain where he was going. He just said 'I gotta go,' and he went pretty fast if you ask me. Now, here I am, moping about and writing in my diary even though I'm supposed to be at work. Don't judge me, I'm at work, I'm just not doing anything. I wouldn't miss work if the world was ending; the only exception would probably be Austin. Gosh, doesn't that sound cheesy :)

Dear Diary,

So, guess where Austin is now? You got that right. With Kira. I can understand though; being out three days in a row with eachother. It's just cause Jimmy Star's got a conference in Paris, and Kira's leaving tomorrow. I feel bad for Austin, but at the same time, I'm happy she's leaving. We need to work on our new song, but Austin's been ignoring me since Kira's been around. Dez has got the video for the site though, he was filming Austin and Kira on their 'reunion' date. Sounds stupid, but the fans will coo over Austin's relationship. Either that, or they'll go crazy because Austin's dating another girl. Trust me, we've had comments like that before.....

Sorry for the short chapter, but the next thing that's going to happen in the story really should have it's own chapter. Because it's big news. Can't give away much though :P
