Ellen Bridges is unhappily moving to the third rainiest city in America, Pensacola, Florida. As she explores her new private school, she finds that she doesn't fit in with any group. She slowly begins to drown until Kate Summers and Matthew Anonymous moves in. Kate's a girl who is too quirky and unique to fit in. Matthew remains anonymous has always hung out with the nerds, but is never smart enough. Follow their story as they learn to fall together away from the others. As raindrops. Together there is no raindrop. Just raindrops.
