chapter 5- Boyfriend?.. Idk about that

It's about 5:00 and I have no idea what I'm gonna where to the beach. I throw on my bikini and some Nike shorts with a white v-neck. I braided my hair and slipped my sandals on and headed out. My dad wasn't back from work yet so I wrote him a note and stuck it on the door. I pull up to the beach and see about 10 girls waiting for me to get out. "We thought you weren't going to show up!" Jade said jokingly. We all started getting into our swim suits and quickly raced each other too the ocean. Except Larson she was setting up the speaker and music. "Oh my gosh..!" one girl said. "Look who's here." she also said. We all looked over and saw Clark Cullin walking towards us. "Sophia can I talk to you?" He said with a bit of anger in his voice. All the girls looked at me as if he asked to take my virginity. "Uh.. Sure, yeah of course." I said kind of nervous. But when am I not nervous. I started walking out of the water and he got impatient. "Can you hurry please?" he said. "Excuse me? Who put your panties in a wad?" I said sarcastically yet serious at the same time. He looked at me with an angry/blank face. He walked towards me and grabbed my arm, I pulled away and he decided to pick me up. He's no cradling me and walking away from the my friends. "Clark?! what are you doing?!" I said wrapping my arms around his neck so I don't fall. He stops and looks at me. "Sophia I saw you with Vance. Look I understand if you like him but I just need to know if he's the one.. That way I can stop wasting my time on a girl that loves someone else." He said as if he had hair been heart broken. I look down and then back at him. I run my hand on the back of his neck and then my fingers through his hair. I reach my right hand over to his cheek and kiss him on the lips. I do love Clark... but I love Vance too.... I just can't make up my mind yet.  He put me down and put both hands on my face and kissed my head. "Clark.. listen.. I know none of this so fair to either of you. I just have to think for a little bit.. I don't know how I'm going to choose between you two." I said nervously. He looked at me and kissed my lips and then my neck, and walked away. I went back to my friends but before I had a chance to even speak that attacked me asking questions about us. "OMG! Is he your boyfriend?!" One girl said. "Yeah!? Is he!?" Another girl said. "Boyfriend?... I don't know about that... I mean he's definitely not my boyfriend but we do like each other, and Sam shoes with me and Vance." I said with a slight smile on my face. "VANCE?! The HOT one?!" they definitely are boy crazy. "Yes, the HOT one." I said laughing. As the night got darker and we got tired. We decided to call it a night and go home. I got home and took a shower but when I got out I realized I forgot my clothes. I wrapped myself in a towel and quickly ran to my bedroom. I got there and closed the door, I dropped the towel and went to my dresser. I heard someone noticeably cough behind me and I turned around it was Vance. "OH MY GOD!" I said freaking out! he handed me my towel while laughing. "What the hell are you doing in here?!!!!!" I said still freaking out. "Nice ass." he said smirking. "Oh shut up!... so are you gonna tell me why your here?" I said as if I was angry but at this point I'm kind of glad he's here. "Well after that sight I don't care anymore I just really want to kiss you." he said with a soft voice. "Well what's stopping you?" I said looking down at the ground and then back at him. He smiled at me and walked towards me. At first it was soft and calm kissing and then it got a little more heated. "Where's your dad?" he said out of breath. "Staying at a hotel in Mason County." I took the towel off and kept kissing him. he laid me on the bed and we stayed that way for about 15 minutes, except he was now naked too. What am I doing?.... That night he had slept over and in the morning he had to leave pretty early which I was oaky with because I needed some time to think about what happened. Later that day I went to Larson's house to hang out with her and Jade. I'm glad I finally found a few girlfriends to hang out with. I showed up at Larson's house and she had ordered two pizzas and like 5 bottles of Coke, Root Beer and Dr. Pepper! Jade started playing The Weekend and we just jammed out the whole night! When we calmed down we started talking gossip and boys. "So Sophia.... you and Clark? You and Vance? Which is it?!" Larson said with a smirk. I looked at Jade and she was grinning too. "Idk... I like the both a lot, Vance and I kind of slept together last night.." I said with a half smile half omg look on my face. "WHAT?! Y'all did WHAT?!" Jade and Larson said at the same time. "OMG NO!!! we didn't have sex!!! We just slept!" I said with a gross/histarical look on my face. "We like made out for about 15 minutes.. naked.. but we actually didn't have sex." I said seriously and a bit of a smile on my face. "Wow.. I would kill to be in your position right now." Larson said as if she idolizes me now. "Me too!!" Said Jade "I mean I guess... I just don't know who to choose ya know?... And I don't know if I want any of them to be my boyfriend.. I just need time to think." After I said that we all just looked around and quietly and Jade started to grin like she was up to something. She reached behind her and in one swift motion she knocked me with a pillow. "Oh no you didn't. ITS ON!" I said and grabbed a pillow. Larson joined in once Jade and I started in on her. we kept this up for about 30 minutes and them finally fell asleep at about 4:00 am. We woke up in the morning and decided to go to McDonald's to get a breakfast burrito. I'm so glad everything's falling into place. I have great friends and fun times, but I still don't know what I'm going to do about the whole "boyfriend" thing.
