“Kkkrrrrnnnggggg!!!! ——!.”, the loudest thing I’ve ever heard for the most of my time.
Huh? I question myself with the half awake feeling.
————. I touch the soft feeling behind my back. I touch it again and grapple, more or like a hard touch.
Yeah, I have gone sleeping. That is my decision running around my mind. I couldn’t think of anything else besides ‘I’m sleeping in my bed’.
!!!!!. My throat feels dry. Wondering why do it feels something like that. It is so rough and yet my words are cracking. The perceiving feeling within my hands and my throat are shuffling in my whole brain.
Maybe, I’m just taking some ‘nonsense morning exercise’ which is thinking unnecessary stuffs.
“Haaaaahhh!!” a deep heave within my lying stance yet my eyes are in a current shut. I’m so tired to open my eyes a little bit.
I’ll just nap for a little bit.
I take a nap and keep my body and mind unconscious. It is so dark here in this insentient place which is the deep obscurely darkness.
When we, people taking neither a nap nor a dream, we have to submerge through this unenlightened darkness. With this method, our brain will get tired and order both the body and the brain itself. Lying down and thinking of unnecessary things can also help our brain to get tired which leads to taking a nap. So usually, the brain itself needs rest for the whole body and for the soul also.
After the brain commands both itself and the body, within a couple of minutes or a few minutes, we suffer “sleep paralysis”. This sleep paralysis is useful for us to be able to make up for the decision or making the body unconscious and the mind awake. In this part, the sleep paralysis is the main method for dreaming and napping. Whenever we don’t suffer this sleep paralysis we couldn’t take a nap and yet our mind won’t be able feel a rest.
The sleep paralysis usually the “producer of a dream”, this will be the way or the route through the dream world.
So, in this arterial method of sleeping, we have to make our mind and body tired and feels comfortable. And also, having a feeling comfortable is the easiest way in the terms of sleeping. It is the useful thing in the way which our body feels light within taking a nap.
Though, when our mind is still awake by the time we suffer sleep paralysis, you have only two routes where to go; a REM sleep or sleeping silently, it’s just like picking a route in a dating-game where you choose a heroine.
In the dreaming route or the REM sleep, the host, as usual, takes a dream, as simple as that. Speaking contrarily, a REM sleep occurs cyclically several times when sleeping. And, a dream last only for an hour based on what I’ve read before. Sometimes, dream maybe the one you desire or what you would like to happen, fantasies, psychological horror or often calls a nightmare, and a mystery. Maybe, there will be more of them. We undergo or gone through these genres of a dream. Sometimes, we may regret it later then after having a nightmare, or regretting that having a thrill dream in an hour only. It may happen not twice but more than thrice or anything.
Mostly, after having a dream and being awake from sleeping, we may able to remember that dream you have dreamt for. But, it may not last long, it doesn’t say that whenever you dreamt something you can carry that all the way in your life; it will be erased or be forgotten in a few moments after being half-awake. There may be some steps that we will able to remember that fantasies or dream you have, but, it would be more crucial as you expected. There are also some easy steps to recover the recent dream you have. These are the; writing “I WILL REMEMBER MY DREAM” on the surface of your palm or before sleeping, you will say “I WILL REMEMBER MY DREAM” or sleeping together with the writing material and a notebook, in this method, after having a REM sleeping, waking up and writing what happen to your dream on the notebook behind you is what you will do, these two methods needs to maintain that daily in order to make a habit of remembering a dream.
The second route is the slow-wave sleeping or a dreamless sleep. It may occur sometimes during a normal slumber with intervening periods of REM sleeping. It is may be close to sleeping and trance. The sleeping is the one what happen when people who have gone having coma.
Usually, dreamless sleep restores a little of your energy. Unlike, sleeping or a nap, you feel refreshed and replenished most of your energy you spent in recent doings.
Sleeping may be the only method of resting from what I’ve read. Well, I have read a lot of them when the time before which I was curious in Lucid Dreaming. The articles on the internet relieve my curiousness when I’m reading those. Sometimes, it may not run out, or sometimes, my nosiness can’t be cured by those articles only. So that leads me to those information of what I have read in sleeping.
It interests me a lot in terms of that kind of topics. My curiosity is the one who leads my whole brain when it comes to this kind of stuffs.
There are seldom times that I’m browsing some information on the internet on the easiest way to cure insomnia. Right away, I’m suffering the abnormal inability to get enough sleep called insomnia or sometimes called sleeplessness. I’m hopeful that I may be able treat this current condition of mine without the help of anything but only me. The thing that dislikes me a lot about this insomnia something is that my sleeping time is tilted. My resting time is 3 or sometimes 4 o’clock in the morning. My eyes are widely awake at midnight and my mind feels drowsiness at 3 o’clock. So, that bothers me a lot. It bothers my studies and body mechanism. But, I don’t care that so far.
It may be useful to me sometimes. Like, I’m having a deep slumber to recover or maintaining my conserved energy. When I’m not in school, I woke up 2-3 pm in the afternoon. It’s unusual for a high school student like me. But maybe—————.
“KKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!”. Ughh!., it’s too loud. The loud rang echoes through my eardrum. This ambient sound irritates me—————.
“!!!!!!!!!——.”, a loud crack on the floor. The scattering pieces sounded like a crackers.
I lift up my two eyelids timidly half-awake. It may take so long to lift it up thoroughly so, I forced it out.
I raise also my two hands as my eyes are now widely awake.
Huh? I fell asleep.
Then, I face my left hand which is trembling or vibrating something.

As I recall of all the things of what happen, I couldn’t think why my left hand is shivering. For a couple of seconds, I recall the ambient sound earlier. The distorted sound and the annoying sound who plays when I’m half-awake and asleep.

I figured out something. Something unnecessary, that I feel like I will regret remembering something. I smacked down the clock which plays the annoying sound while I’m sleeping. Then, it is now shuddered into pieces lying on the tatami mat after hearing the distorted shuttering sound.
Huuhhh?? Whaaat on Eaaarrtthh I’m doing??——————————.
