"One water coming right up," I say as I hurry to fetch it." -Jade
I walk in, wheeling Skyler in her bed. I park it against the wall, give you a sympathetic smile and leave. -Medic
I'm lying as still as death with my eyes closed. I'm still on the ventilator and my skin is so pale it nearly matches the pillow. Compared to the dark blankets I look white. My head has been bandaged, my right arm and left leg have been placed in casts. Any other injuries are unseen because of the blanket covering me. Several IVS are dripping fluid into my veins. There's also blood being given to me. I pretty much look dead. -Skyler
