I seen Remy walk out in tears. Eyes all red and puffy. She didn't say anything she gave me a hug and walked out the hospital.

Shamar: do you want me to take her with me

I nodded yes, then prepared myself. I walked in and seen Jr hooked up to thousands of machines. I felt the tears sting my eyes. Then hot, salty, tears fell down my face. I rubbed my hand across his face.

August: I didn't think you would come

His soft deep voice scared me. He stood on the other side of the bed. We both looked at our son.

Me: why didn't you tell me

August: I don't know I just thought since you was just a babysitter

Me: I'm so glad Remy called me...I'm so sorry baby if I would've taken you with me....what happened

August: we were having fun outside when he tried to catch the ball but he missed and it rolled into the street when out of no where a car came

Tears continued to stream down my face.

Me: he's to young for this lord why my only son

I whispered the last part to myself. Just then the docter came in.

Doc: ok I we did a blood transfusion and now I'm about to give him the medicine that was ok'd you

He pointed to me.

August: wait I said no to that and the only way he can receive it is by a parent she isn't his mother

Me: August this is a great chance to make sure he lives

August: if one tiny thing goes wrong then he dies

Me: 10% chance Aug, there is another 90% chance he lives and right now I'm willing to do anything

August: I still say no

Me: I say yes

August: you don't have the right to make this decision

Doc: only the parent can make it

Me: I'm his mother and I say yes

August didn't say a word I turned to face the docter.

Me: please do whatever you can to save my son

Doc: are you sure Mr. Alsina

He slowly nodded not taking his eyes off of me.

Doc: Ok Mrs. Jones

He carefully inserted the purple-pink liquid into Jr iv. The beep moniter speeded up drastically.

Doc: don't worry that's normal

I let out the breath that I didn't notice I was holding.

The it slowed down to normal.

Doc: ok now all we can do is wait

Me: how long till he wakes up

Doc: two-six days

Then he left. I pulled up a chair to the side of the bed. Aug sat on the other side I felt his eyes burning a whole in the side if my head. I heard the door slowly open. Then I heard Sheila's voice.

Sheila: I came as soon as you called I'm so glad I was already in town

Aug: thanks ma

They hugged then she came over to give me a hug also.

Me: hey

Nurse: I'm sorry only two at a time please

Me: I'll let you and Aug stay I need to go to the bathroom
