Apparently it was kind of an important dinner, so I had to wear a dress, which wasn't a problem at all because I love dresses, but most of my dresses aren't the kind that I'd wear at a dinner with my father, so I decided I'd wear a leather skirt and a brown t-shirt with a huge black bow on it. After I finished my make-up I decided I shouldn't wear heels because after half an hour in them I wouldn't even feel my feet.
"Sophie! C'mon! We're going to be late!"
"I'm coming." I yelled back.
"That's what you're wearing?" He asked when he saw me at the top of the stairs.
"Yup."
"Couldn't you wear something a bit more formal? I'm in a damn suit dor god's sake!"
"Well I don't want to be in as much misery as you are. Plus, I don't really have any formal clothes." I laughed.
"Whatever, just come. For some reason I don't understand this is a very important dinner for Olly. I bet it's because of that girlfriend of his."
"You don't like her?"
"I don't know, I don't even know her. But something is weird. He normally doesn't give a crap about dinners and stuff like that. I swear, if he's in a suit he'll never hear the end of it. On the other hand, if he's not and made me wear one, he's dead."
Fifteen minutes later we parked in front of their house, barely finding a place because the street was full of cars.
"Sophie! Finally! There are so many strangers in my house, I think I'll be sick." Dianna sighted while hugging me.
"And Dan, please, please, please convince my dad to kick the witch and her son out. I'll do anything." She added hugging my dad.
"She couldn't be that bad." He said.
"Oh,she can. And she's trying to act all innocent and perfect and my dad totally fell under her spell. But not me. Now come,Sophie, let's give Dan some space so he can think of a plan to give my dad a reality check."
She pulled me by my arm and we entered the house. She is really mental. Outside is raining and yet she kept us out there to beg for my dad's help. Oh, Dianna...
"So how's "Full House" working for you?" I joked.
"Stop it, Soph. It's a nightmare. I'm expecting her to kill me in my sleep any minute. Or to poison me."
"You're crazy. C'mon, she's like... Rebecca. And you're DJ. You'll totally be best friends." I laughed again, but I was serious somehow.
"Yeah, yeah. I'm sure she only likes him because he signed that contract with Ronaldo last week anyway."
"C'mon Dianna. Don't say that, you're insulting your dad."
"I know, but he's just... dumb. What does he see in her?"
"Look, I'm sure she's not as bad as you think. She was really nice yesterday."
"Oh,not you too."
"Oh, stop it. Now excuse me, but I gotta go to the bathroom. Try not to kill Vicky while I'm gone."
"I'll try my best." She said rolling her eyes.
It's busy. Great.
"Damn it!" I heard someone yell from one of the guest rooms near the bath. The next second I heard something break and like the curious person I am, I entered the room.
"Liam?! What the hell?"
He didn't say anything just started walking towards me and then left the room.
