Seriously, What's With Him?

Waking up with the unfamiliar bed, I saw Taeyeon looking at me with a big smile on her face. Her grin makes me also grin. She looks so cute that I wanted to pinch her cheeks.

"Good morning Gwiboonie!" She greeted and I smiled. "Good morning too, Taeyeonnie!"

"Appa cooked our breakfast. He left earlier since he need to be there for the school's last day of enrollment. Hmm.. Where are you going to study, Gwiboon?" Taeyeon asked and I smiled.

"The same school where you are studying, Taeyeonnie." She widen her eyes and stood up. She pulled me up until I was all standing and we jumped together, hand in hand. Yes, she's so excited.

"Kyaaa!!~ I never thought that we'll be in the same school! I hope we're classmates!" She said while jumping. I stopped jumping when I felt my knees tired. "Okay, Taeyeon.. Let's stop jumping." Both of us were panting. "So, when will the official list be posted?" I asked her and she looked up the ceiling and that made me also look up. I felt so dumb with my actions.

"I think, Appa will post it on the next day. I'm so excited, Gwiboon! I can't wait for school!" She said and started to jump again. "Yeah, me too." I said and tried to stop the jumping girl. "Okay, let's eat." I told her and pulled her out of the room to the dining table.

The table was full of foods. There were fried chicken, fried eggs, chicken-dog and I don't know why there's a chicken curry during breakfast and all of the foods that was chicken or made by chickens. I seriously think why don't they have any wings yet.

"May I ask you a question, Taeyeon?"

"Yes. What is it?"

"Is your father really adores chicken?" I asked and tried not to laugh at my serious but funny question. "Uhm, he loves chicken so much. He even bought two buckets everyday and ate it alone. Good thing that no one between Taemin and I had been addicted to that because it's so odd. Appa even watched chicken programs or movies like Chicken Little and this is freaking me out." She said with a blank expression.

I tried not to laugh but I failed. Taeyeon looked at me and she also laughed. I guess, her father is a chicken maniac.

We started to dig in. Even though our breakfast meals were full of chicken products, it tastes so delicious. Her father is a good cook and I wished that he could cook a delicious chicken curry again. We both washed the plates and dried it all up. I noticed that we were just only two inside and I'm searching for Taemin.

"Where's Taemin?" I asked her and she just shurgged. "He always disappears whenever Appa is in school if we don't have classes." She said and I frowned. Aren't they worried about him?

*ding dong*

I was about to ask that question when we heard the doorbell rang. Taeyeon and I went to the door and opened it. We were both surprised to see my brother standing in front with my mother. She's standing behind my brother but I can see that she's mad.

"Oppa.." I called and Taeyeon gave her way for me to talk to them properly. "Gwiboon, let's go home now." He said and I looked at Taeyeon. Taeyeon just nodded and I mouthed 'Thank you' to her.

The three of us headed straight to our apartment. Of course, my mother scolded me and with my surprise, my brother is not smirking nor smiling. He just let his head down and tried not to look at me.

Seriously, what's with him? Did he finally realized his mistakes? Oh, I guess he did.
