Summary of previous chapter: Isuju was walking home when she saw Subeta and Yatsu touching each other. She then walked away. The next day in school, she ate lunch with Rio and Kayano. Rio asked her about Kaneki. In the side story, it shows how Kaneki had treated her badly and how she had escaped from him when being chained to her room.
This chapter will continue on from chapter 15

Isuju smiled to herself, she was happy that she was able to open up to her classmates and even tell them about Kaneki.
She was, however, slightly happy that Karma wasn't there to hear her story that was filled with tragedy. (A/n oshiete)
Isuju stayed in the classroom for a while more as she had wanted a quiet environment to study in. She had many distractions that would bother her at home, like Karma.
She rushed through her work, determined not to have any leftover work from school. However, her determination wasn't as strong as how weak her focus was.
Isuju felt like swearing, hitting her head on the table constantly as time went by. Finally, after half an hour, she gave up and started packing her things.
Isuju walked out of the campus, and she noticed a familiar figure walking up to her from behind and then walked beside her. She looked up, phased for a moment but soon recovered her composure.
Asano freaking Gakuho.
"Principal, do you have something to say to me?" Isuju tried her best to keep her calm.
"How nice of you to be polite for once," he replied, ignoring her reaction," I'm here to tell you to score in the top fifty for the upcoming Mid-Term Examinations."
Gakuho handed her a stack of paper which was labeled in bold 'New Syllabus' at the front.
"And you want me to make it because?"
"Don't question it," Gakuho smiled," all the best for the upcoming exams, I hope that you would do well, no, I need you to do well for the papers." Gakuho said before leaving her standing in the middle of the campus.
Little did she know, someone was observing the whole scene from behind. And it was amazing how both Isuju and Gakuho didn't notice him.
---
Isuju flipped through the stack of notes on the table that the principal gave and compared it to the ones that Asano gave.
"This is bullshit," she said as she flipped through the contents.
They were entirely different.
Even though Asano knew that his father was going to change the syllabus, his father was a step ahead. It was so different.
For example, the history notes Gakuho gave were more detailed and were about the history of Japan. While the stack of notes that Asano gave her were about the connections Japan had with the rest of the countries in the world.
For the math notes, it went from algebraic manipulation to the memorising the quadratic formula.
"'x' equals to negative 'b' times the positive or negative square root of 'b' squared minus four 'ac' over two 'a'," Isuju recited out loud, rubbing her head in frustration.
Hence, she decided to text Karma to ask him about this. He's a math genius, so he probably would understand.
dude wtf is this :Isuju
