"Samantha wake up!" I heard my mom yell. I woke up, tired. It was probably 2:30? But I don't know, I just woke up. I grabbed my IPhone and started checking my Instragram and other crap that I check every day.

"Good afternoon, Samberry," that's the nickname my dad gave me," we are almost at Los Angeles." My dad smiled and looked back at the road. We are moving because of my dad got a better job as Police Officer. I just hope the people at this school are not jerks like my old school.

When we pulled into my neighborhood it was nice, all the houses where two story, they all look different, and there where big trees to cover the sun from the house, honestly I think that's pretty. I've also heard this neighborhood is only for rich people. I know my family doesn't have all the money in the world, but my dad is a police officer and my mom has her own cupcake store called "Momma's Rainbow Cakes," and I actually I have a cupcake name after me.

"Here we are, our new house!" my mom said as she got out of the car and stretched her arms. My dad walked out holding all of our suitcases, my mom said she would help my dad wants to show her that he's strong. I walked in the house, I took a picture and send it back to my friend in Missouri. She was hilarious, and I do miss her.

"Ok, Sam, you need to go upstairs and put your One Direction posters up," my dad said. I think they're OK but he always make that joke.

"Now, Sam, after that out neighbors are going to come over and have dinner with us, they have a son named Jack and I thought you needed some friends," my mom smiled and started putting some stuff away. Even though I'm 16 I've never had a boyfriend.

I walked upstairs and saw everything furnished, I'm guessing my dad came here early and furnish our house with his friends. I saw that my room was pink, I was disappointed. So, after tomorrow I will buy purple paint after school.

When I was done, I heard someone knock on the door. My mom told me to open the door but I was ignored, then she said "Now Please." So I went downstairs and opened the door. I smiled when I saw the cute boy, Jack, with his parents, and little brother. But then I saw a girl next to Jack that didn't look related. So, then I said out loud, "Shit...."
