Jamie's POV
Justin kept on flirting with me the whole day. But if course I turned him down. I just noticed that fall formal was coming and I was planning on going. I thought I would just go with Isabelle, but then someone tapped on my shoulder. "Hi Jamie. I'm Andre. Do you remember me?" He asked. Oh I remember him. He was one of the populars, but he didn't bully me. When they would make fun of me, but he would stay quiet. And when they egged me, he wasn't there. "Yeah I remember you." "Well I wanted to ask you if you wanted to go to fall formal. As my date." I was a little shocked when he asked me this. Out of all the girls. "Of course I'll go with you Andre." A smile crept up his face. I'll pick you up at 9:00." "I'll be ready." I said with a smile. Then he left.********************************************************************
Finally the day was over. I went to my locker to get my things when a familiar shadow appeared over me again. Ugh, Justin again. "Hey can we study today? You know for the project." "Oh yeah sure." I said. Hey at least he wasn't flirting. "My house, or yours?" Justin asked. "Mine." I said. I gave him my address, and he left to his car while I headed to mine. When I finally was home, I went up and got the song lyrics out. When I found them, the doorbell rang. I went downstairs and of course opened the door. He just stood there looking shocked.
Justin's POV
When Jamie gave me her address I shoved it in my pocket and walked to my car. I got the address and looked at it. Wait, why is her address near the rich people houses? Naaah Jamie can't be rich. She's probably messing with me. I still wanted to know though, so I went to the house. It was literally a mansion and the biggest house out of all of them. I parked my car and and went to the house. Then I rang the doorbell. I heard footsteps coming down the stairs. I stood there shocked to see Jamie open the door. Literally my mouth dropped open. "Um do you want to come in?" She asked. I got out of my shock session and nodded. I walked in and it was the most beautiful house I've seen. There was a chandelier it was a 3 story and all in all, it looked like a hotel. "Here let's go to my room." Jamie said. The house was literally perfect, but there was something missing. Her parents. When we went up to her room, I asked her,"Um where are your parents?" "Oh they're both working." "Oh what do they work as?" "They're on a business trip." "Oh cool." I finally said. There was an awkward silence but finally, she broke it. "So let's get started on this song." She said. "Okay." Was all I said. She handed me the lyrics and DANG they were good! I never told anyone, but I actually can sing. Like only my mom knows but she said I'm really good. "Okay the song starts in piano so I'll play and sing and I'll tell you when to go." "Okay." She started to play the piano, and it was amazing, and to top it off, she started singing like an angel. She she even looked adorable while doing it. She started signaling me to sing and I started.
Jamie's POV
Justin started singing and it was beautiful. I honestly though he was so cute when he was singing. Wait what the heck? What am I thinking. I got lost too much in my thought that I messed up on the piano. "Oh sorry my bad." I said embarrassed. "It's fine, you sang amazing by the way." I blushed a little. "Thanks." I said. "Well I got to go. My moms probably worried." He said. "Oh okay, here I'll walk you out." I said. I went to open the doorknob and apparently Justin did too. Our hands touched, and I felt as if a hundred sparks shocked through me. "Um I gotta go." Justin said. "Oh okay." I said. With that he left. After that I laid down on my bed. What just happened?
Justin's POV
What just happened? . I touched Jamie today, I felt as if all these sparks electrified my body. It's weirded. Every time I think of Jamie, I smile. I know I've only worked with her for a little but I think I'm falling for her. A smile crept my face. I then got a text from my best friend Andre.
A: Dude guess who my date is for fall formal?!:)
J: Who?
A: Jamie Scarlett:)
I stopped what I was doing. Jamie was going on a date with Andre? No this can't be happening. My fist tightened with anger.
