For the next couple days, Mellisa was pitiful. Brooke's mom and dad never talked to her and all Mellisa did was sit and bed and eat Debbie cakes. She smelt and her hair was knotted up terribly.
Only 1 more person had been "kidnapped." Brooke went to the library every day to see if she could find a book about people in other countries getting kidnapped by people in green coats, but she found nothing. There had been other kidnappings but never with people in green coats.
Brooke then started writing a book about what she called "The Green Coats" with the title of "The Green Coats: The mystery behind the kidnapping". Even though she couldn't publish it, she planned to put it on every build board she could find in this tiny little country.
