The kiss was amazing, wonderful, magical, but yet it was indescribable. I just knew it was everything I'd hope it would be. He had to bring me here for something "Well as amazing that kiss was would you like to tell me what the big deal about being here was." I sweetly asked. "I remember from yesterday we watched a movie on the island. It seemed like you really enjoyed yourself, so I wanted to invite you here for a proper outdoor movie. You could say it wasn't a perfect time for this. This was well needed for us both." He calmly told me. He wrapped his arm around my shoulders and led me to his room where we grabbed some covers and pillows. He took me to this small little room, it was pretty comfortable, nice, and it's perfect for a movie night. The room had a moonroof. Deciding which movie to watch was the hardest. We just kept going and forth between two movies. I wanted to watch my favorite movie "Love and Basketball " since it's been so long since I watched it. On the other hand, he wanted to watch something I'd never heard of called "Superstition". I didn't think it would be something I liked since it was about things I didn't actually believe existed in our world. It was something I just wasn't interested I watching.

We finally decided to watch love and basketball. He walked up to the blue ray and placed the movie in by the time the intro came in I figured out that he tricked me. We were watching the movie he wanted to watch. At the end of it, I was all messed up by the end of the movie. "That movie was actually really good, I'm kinda glad you tricked me with the movie switch". I told him but I hated to admit to him. "Well I have great insight and I knew you would like it". He graciously said while he held a bright smile on his face. I looked up and he had the goofiest look on his face. I couldn't help but, burst out laughing. Soon after he joins me repeatedly asking "what's funny?". I tried and tried to explain why I was laughing so hard but, the words wouldn't come out correctly. I kept saying things out of order and using incomplete sentences. This made me laugh even more, at this point I'm on the floor rolling around with my laughter.

The hours drove on and on. It's getting pretty late but, going home is the last thing I want to do right now. We start going on and on about things we used to do in high school, things we wanted to achieve when we were kids once we got older, and just a bunch of other random life meaning things. We were having a blast. "You know in 10th grade some close friends and I got together at each others house and we would play a game called truth or truther". He gazes into my eyes with a friendly smile. "Sounds pretty obvious, is it like truth or dare without a dare and more extreme truth questions?" "Well look who knows his stuff about this game. Wanna play? I'm an open book only if you are."

The night goes on and on. Playing the game we laugh and make fun of each other's secrets. "Next question. What was your most embarrassing dream career as a kid or teenager?" He just smirks at me. I thought about if I should tell him about my job or not. Slowly I smiled and opened my mouth to tell him right as Chris walked in yelling at the top of his lungs. "So this is who you've been seeing?" At this point, my blood is boiling "What are you doing here? How did you even find me? Did you follow me?" Before he could even say anything I continued on. " You know after the way you treated me about 6 hours ago was completely disrespectful and rude. I really didn't appreciate that. When I said I needed something more than just this trip and the spa I meant it. A lovely wedding and a family of our own. Most of all I want a deep connection and one of the greatest commutations between two that anyone one could possibly have. But see if I'm being honest right now, I don't think we can ever have that. We're just two different people and I really don't see a future with you. I'm tired of fighting with you and you always pushing off the wedding every day. The things that seem important to me just don't seem to be as important to you. I think this is the end for us. I'm sorry, Chris." In between each thing I had to say I walked to another place in the room. Chris just looks at me from afar then makes his way towards me. I could see the heartbreak in his eyes. He reaches for my hands and says "I'll work harder i'll give you what you want, just pleased don't leave me." I looked him in his eyes and gave him a weak smile. "I now know that you aren't what I need and I know what I need. Please don't make this harder than you have to Chris." I pleaded. He lets go of my hands and heads towards the door. He takes one good look back at me then walks out the door.

I slumped down on the couch, sadness in my heart. Quan comes over and wraps his arms around me. We sit in silence, it was actually calming. Actually got to clear my head. I felt a tad bit of joy rush over me because just because the simple fact i was free to do whatever I wanted to do. When I wanted to do it, How I wanted to do it. Whatever small joy I had it was overpowered by the sadness. He was my best friend, so I thought. I said to myself.
