I head home and walk in to see mum

"Hey love!" Mum smiled as I walked in side
"Hey" I smiled and walked into the kitchen
"How was your first day babe?" Mum smiled
"It was okay. I made a few friends!" I smiled grabbing a bottle of water
"Aw cool! Any boys!" Mum nudged me and smiled
"Yes mum. A few. But 3 of them have a girlfriend which are my friends. Alex, Aaron, and Jack and then there's Grayson" I smiled
"Aw that's cool babe! What about the girl friends you made?" Mum smiled
"Oh yeah! Kristen, Julie and Taylor! Kristen is dating Aaron, Julie is dating Alex and Taylor is dating Jack!" I smiled heading towards the stairs
"And what about that Grayson boy!?" Mum smiled softly winking at me
"Mum he's just a friend!" I smiled walking up stairs
"Sure sure!!" Mum smiled
I rolled my eyes slightly

I get upstairs and text Julie and Alex "hey are y'all with each other right now?"
"Yeah what's up!?" Julie replies
"Grayson" I text back
"What'd he do!?" Alex replied
"Nothing, I just need to talk about something about him" I reply
"Okay we're on our way!" Alex replies
"Be there soon Hun!" Julie replies
I reply with okay and then lock my phone and get stuck into some homework that I got in math

Grayson's POV
Well Britney seems like a really really sweet girl who has been through a hell of a lot. But she is beautiful no doubt about that! Maybe crushing!

"Hey Aaron!" I text Aaron
"What up!?" Aaron replies
"You down to come over tonight? Catch up? Just you Eth and I?" I smile
"Okay sounds dope! I'm down! Be there in 10"

Alex and Julie arrive to the door and knock
"Hello" mum answers the door smiling
Alex and Julie smile "we're here to see Britney!" Julie smiles and Alex nods
"Come in! She's upstairs" mum smiles
Julie smiled " thank you!"

Julie and Alex walk in "hey Britt, what's up?" Alex smiled
Julie smiles " yeah everything okay?"
I looked around my room " I wanted to talk to y'all about this face to face because to me it didn't add up"
Alex smiled "what do you mean?"
I look at Alex and Julie "what I mean is, Grayson says he doesn't go to school then he says he has school tomorrow.. You can't deny that that doesn't add up"
Alex shrugged "yeah, it doesn't add up tbh"
Julie nodded " yeah, I mean Grayson is all our age but he's smart so he graduated early so who knows"
Alex smiled "he could be teaching a class tomorrow?"
I look at Alex and Julie " orrrr he could be avoiding me .."
