One-sided Love

Chapter 1

School the most ridiculous thing ever invented. The worst part being was that I had to wake up early for it. At least it was Friday, my favorite day of the week. History, my 3rd period class, ended I rushed out to get to my locker and then to lunch. I walked over to my locker, waving at some girls for some reason favored me. I guess it because of my plays in drama? I don't know why they like freak out over me.
I guess that's the perks of hanging with the popular group.

As I put my books away, my best friend and most popular girl at WoodBridge High, Lily. For some weird reason she was grinning at me like an idiot.

"Um hey lily...are you ok?" I cautiously asked.

"I am fine. Just I have AMAZING news!!"She squealed

Sometimes Lily is really hyper.

"What is it?"

"Well me ,you, and Rose got invited to the biggest party of the year, at Dukes place"

Okay so rose has been my friend since like 1st grade and lily has been my bestie since 4th. We are all like sisters.

"Awesome, when?"

"Tonight!!"

"What?! But Lily I need to like prepare! Why didn't u tell me earlier?!"

"Well I knew you would drop out and we will have plenty of time don't worry."

It was true. I probably get all nervous and drop out but something about this party tells me it will be great. hopefully.

As I got my lunch from my locker and closed it. Lily and I walked outside to the quad to our usually table by the fountain. I sat between Lily and Rose.

Soon all the other "populars" joined us. Everyone was talking about the party and being all excited. I didn't really care because it's just another high school party that will have a bunch of drunks, couples, and druggys. At least all my friends will be there so it's not a total weird fest.

The day went by in a blur and I was surprised to already be sitting at home. I started daydreaming about life and then was cut short by the blare of my ringtone from my phone. Grunting I answer to a yelling lily

"You better be getting ready. You know I will drag there in your PJ's if I have to"

"Lily calm down, I was just about to starting getting ready. I will be there."

"You better!" and with that she hung up.

After that I got up from my cute little couch in my room and went to my huge walk-in closet. The perks of having a kinda wealthy family is fun. I live in a huge cottage looking house, with a wonderful garden. My room was really big with just the perfect amount of colors to say chic.

"Hey girly, you ready for this?" asked lily excitedly. She was wearing a  flowing emerald short dress with her dirty blonde hair half up and half down.

"Well let's get this show on the road" I said happily

Once we got there Dukes masion was blaring with music and lights. People were going in and out of the house.

We were meeting Rose here because she went with her new boyfriend, Mark. Once we got inside it was a total fun atmosphere. Everyone was dancing and having a good time.

we made our way over to the bar and I just got a little martini. We spotted Rose and mark right away. They waved and we walked over. I gave Rose a big hug and said hi to mark.

"So how's the happy couple" I teased

Rose rolled her eyes and said " we are doing good"
I could totally tell they were both in love and I was totally happy for them.

" So who wants to dance?" interrupted lily.

We all laughed and heading to the floor. As everyone danced. I was swaying my hips in time with the best and that's when I felt someone grinding behind me. I turned expecting lily to be joking around when I saw Jason. Smirking and he leaned in to wisper in my ear sending chills all over.. "Hey beautiful"
