Nick's P.O.V

I felt the wind blow through my thick White fur. I glanced to my side only to see that Carson was a few steps behind me so I clicked it into gear running harder and leaving him in the dust.
I new I was gonna win this race and Carson would lose. Hitting the ground face first I realized Carson threw himself over me and kicked me in the back of the head causing us both to fall but I got back up using the speed that I had from tumbling down a hill and kept going.
I ran like my life depended on it. I knew I was going to win and become Alpha I could feel it running through my blood. I glanced back to see Carson running on three legs?!? He fucking broke his leg sissy we'are wolves heal yourself jackass.
I realized I had made it to the base of the mountain. I paused to catch my breath glancing back seeing Carson running as fast as he could in three legs. I howled and took off running again making it to the top then realized I had to run back. FUCK!
I am way to tired to do it but if I want this position I have to go. Taking off running gaining so much speed I swear I was just like the flash at this moment. I ran past Carson who had turned around and tried to cheat. I didn't care. I was faster with four legs.
Within a few minuets I barreled into the door of the pack house. People gasped and we all waited for Carson to get back. Maybe 5 minuets later he came out if the forest limping but nobody cheered like they used to. Why? They all turned and looked at me with deep respect in their eyes. I realized I had won the challenge! I was an Alpha!
I ran behind a bush and changed then got dressed in my clothes. I waled out and everybody cast their gaze away in respect...I looked up to see her standing in a beautiful white dress with long sleeves that we're made of lace. She was a beautiful sight to see. And she was mine....that's the way it was gonna be.
