I made my way to the Capitol prison. The streets were lined with guards, but they were more interested in finding the rebels, I was able to slip past.
There was guards blocking the entrance, so I would have to find another way in.
The prison was built on an island off the shore of the Capitol. It was within swimming distance, but had a foot bridge.
I knew the environment around the Capitol, its beaches were known for their extensive cave system. There could possibly be caves leading into the prison.
I dived into the water. I was lucky no-one noticed, I mad quite a splash. I dived below the waters surface to examine below.
I head towards the base of the prison, and see a cave. I swim into the cave, not knowing what to expect.
I swam up for air, and found myself in a small, rock formed room.
I got out of the water and followed the cracks of the rocks.
