Leona and I make our way up to the roof tops. The capitol buildings were mainly the same size.

We get to the top of a near building, Leona taps my shoulder.

"Ian!" she yells "Look!"

I turn to where she is pointing. She is gesturing towards the horizon. A storm is on it's way.

"It's not safe for us to be up here. All the buildings will attract lightning" I say.

"What do we do?" She asks.

For the first moment in my life, I don't know what to do. The streets are crawling with guards, chasing escaped criminals, and the entire city has gone into lockdown.

"IAN!" Leona yells frustratingly.

"WHAT?!" I scream back, half crying. "I don't know!" I fall to the floor.

"We're goners for sure" I sob.

"No we are not" Leona smiled.

"We jump!" She smiled, grabbing my hand as she jumped into the water below.

We land with a splash, and immediately swim towards the storm.

"Why this way?" I ask.

"Trust me!" Leona grinned and I hurried after her.

Eventually we turned away from the storm and followed the coast. We came to a small secluded beach, which had a small shack on it.

"What is this place?" I ask as we walk onto the beach.

"My father told me about it. It used to be an old training area for District 13, but they decided not to train at the beach" She explained.

We headed into the small shack, which had four beds and a small refrigerator.

"Get some sleep" She said, lying on nearest bed. "We don't know how long we'll be here"

With that, I made my way to another bed. I put my head on the pillow and drifted off to sleep. Trying not to worry about Aqua.
